"Peaceful neighbourhood. House had everything we needed, except a dishwasher oddly. Beds very comfortable. Plenty of crockery and cutlery for large groups. Awesome outdoor area with tv. Very bright and clean. Lovely welcome popcorn and chocolate was a nice touch. Will return for sure"

"We had a lovely and relaxing 3 night stay at this house with our 2 dogs. Heaps of space, lovely outdoor deck, short stroll to the beach and easy drive to Cowes for shops etc. Karen was a great communicator and was kind enough to offer early check in and late check out which was most appreciated. Highly recommend!"

"We had a relaxing weekend.The property was perfect for us.There were three adults and 2children,one aged 8 the other 13. Easy access to Frankston,Sorrento,Rosebud and Rye. Even though the weather was overcast it didn’t make a difference. I would love to book the property again next time I decide to travel to Rye."

"The property was on a beautiful quiet street only a few hundred meters away from a great park and beach. There was a fantastic verandah that you could enjoy a coffee on while you watch the kids play in the downstairs playground and pool. The trees surrounding the property really made you feel like you had escaped the city hussle and bustle. "

"5 mates travelling to the MotoGP. Stayed for 1 night. Was a good quiet safe spot to stay. Would've been better if we could have secured the bikes in the back yard but they wouldn't fit down the side gate access. All told this was a good place to stop."

"Our host, Kim, was incredible! Excellent communication and so welcoming and friendly. The place is STUNNING! Clean, easy access and everything we hoped for. The kids loved the interior design and layout of the property. Location was excellent. 30 minutes to Cowes/Phillip Island and 10 minutes from Grantville. Kongwak markets was an easy half hour drive as well. Can't rate this stay higher. Thank you Kim for an amazing birthday getaway for my girls."

"This was one of the best resort we have stay. The view was amazing. Facing the sea, we could see the sea during the day time and fantastic view during sunset. The resort was near to Philip Island, Inverloch and other beautiful suburbs around it. We have a blast driving around the area and were enjoying the beaches in the surrounding area. The restaurant served breakfast that need to book a day before to get a discount. The resort also has an indoor and outdoor swimming pools. A gym, bar...
