"Everything about our stay was stunning. From the comfy bed, to the food to the service. I travel a lot and this is by far one of the best hotels. "Santo's cottage is cute, close to the water and has everything you could need in it. My stay was short in that I was only there for a night but Santo is a great communicator and made my stay easy. To top it off Meow is the cat's MEOW!!! I will be back next year to get some fly fishing in. Thank you!!"

"We stayed on Long Island for 4 nights to coach a Perfect Game Baseball Tournament. This property was spacious enough to host my wife and I along with 4 other coaches (6 adults total). "The mansion is beautiful, with large rooms in the upstairs bedrooms. The 2 bedrooms in the basement were a bit small and a bit Spartan. The fireplace room had 4 remotes, none of which worked the large screen tv, and half of the bedrooms had remotes that did not work the tv's. The kitchen silverware drawer was filthy, requiring my wife to clean the draw and was the silverware. "The owner was very friendly and great with communication. We arrived as he and his wife were wrapping everything up with the house getting it ready for my friends and I. He was so friendly and very welcoming and even gave my friends a small tour of the house and backyard. The house was beautiful, it was clean, organized and cozy. There was so much to do! I totally recommend this house and we will definitely try and go back in the future!"

"This property has everything you need for a quick getaway! The owner Frank was super helpful and very responsive to any questions I had. He provided a lot of recommendations on where to eat, shop and explore. The home is located right by the beach-can walk right around the house and boom you are at the beach. I am sure it is business in the summer but in the winter it is nice and quiet! The location is in the center of everywhere you need to go for food, gas, restaurants, other beaches, etc....
