"I loved everything about this property...the vibrant colors, that sofa!, the fully equipped kitchen, the Turkish flourishes, the shower/showerhead, the gorgeous wood floors...the list goes on. Check was easy-peasy; the easiest I've ever experienced in this kind of property. Coffee was plentiful as were the coffee add-ins. Five Stars."

"The photos don't do it justice - this triplex is SUPER cute, cozy, and eclectic! We loved everything about it! It didn't affect us, but the only bathroom is in one of the bedrooms, so that's something to consider if you have more than one person/couple staying there. Unfortunately, we didn't get to enjoy the porch, yard, or fire pit, since it was raining the whole time we were there. Would definitely stay here again! It's a gem!"

"I stayed by myself for a few days to relax in a country setting and hike while the leaves were beautiful. Catalpa Tree house was just what I wanted nice hosts, clean, hot water, comphy bed, warm and inviting. The hot tub was clean and the jets Worked well. I enjoyed sitting in it while watching birds and squirrels around me Quiet except for noise for a short while one morning from the lumber co next door. I also heard a group of coyotes howling one night which I just loved!"

"over all it was a nice place clean and quiet and came with all the comforts of home. There were two small complaints first was the water it had a funky smell and second the bedroom with the tv the internet didn’t work so i couldn’t watch tv. Other then that it was fine and i would stay there again."

"The location was good and we felt safe. The house was lived-in clean... Also, the air conditioner, outlets, and lamps in one of the bedrooms didn’t work, and the property manager never responded how to get that going again. It was 95 degrees during the day, so it was hot! The couch that counted as a double bedroom was uncomfortable, sticky, and the cavity under the couch was filled with body hair, wrappers, and other unclean things. The kitchen fit our group of 4 well, but wouldn’t seat more...

"Our host Cole was very responsive and even let us stay a little beyond checkout time, which was really nice! However, the beds were pretty much like sleeping on a table and quite possibly the most uncomfortable beds we’ve ever slept on. The price for staying was high for the cheapness of the uncomfortable and sparse furnishings. Only 2 stools at the kitchen counter and one mid-size couch and chair in the living space. We had to keep dragging the desk chairs, which were also not real comfortable,...

"I liked that each family had a separate space to stay. We loved the outdoor area on the second floor where all of the family gathered. It was so nice at night because the little lights all came on & we lit the gas flame burner. We could easily walk to all the shops in town. It was very quiet in the evenings. It was safe for our little guy who was 18 months old."

"This property is more suited for 3 than 4, and scant in the linens department. That said, it is a completely charming and functional space with modern decor in a sweet old building. It is a quirky space because it is an old building, and residents should be prepared to use stairs. The neighborhood is beautiful and there are lots of good restaurant and grocery options in a wide range of budgetary options very nearby. Parking is on street but adequate. The kitchen is reasonably outfitted."

"We stayed at camping cabin four for two nights. The cabin was close to Nashville and Brown County State Park where we spent most of our time. The cabin needs a bit of work. The days were warm, but we couldn’t keep the windows open because there were no screens. There were a lot of stink bugs and lady bugs about."
