"Our first time to stay in treehouse type VRBO and we were pleasantly surprised with this experience. David has done an amazing job to create the perfect setting for peace and relaxation. We loved it and look forward to staying at other options on this property. Hanging out with nature including hummingbirds, cows, horses, beautiful views was just what we needed. "We had a LARGE group in for a wedding in Clyde. This place slept 19 of us with room to spare. There was plenty of seating inside and outside. The property is very kid friendly. Large kitchen with a large island great for serving buffet style LARGE amounts of food. Bedrooms are big and beds are comfortable. The only thing I would suggest, if you have more than 10 or so guests, bring extra towels. The hosts were friendly, communicative and eager to please. Seems like you’re miles away from...

"Great little getaway from the city. Absolutely love this lake. The property was perfect for the trip and host was very helpful. We try and fish this lake 2-3 times per year. Was anle to witness my best friend catch his 2nd 10+ lb bass this past Thursday (8/22/24) It was hot but was also amazing. If you come out to Breckenridge, you need to stay here at this house. We will be back "

"Our stay was wonderful! We have zero complaints. It was very clean, quiet and cozy. Our teens enjoyed kayaking down to the boat ramp close by and making s’mores at the fire pit. We had great luck fishing and the bait shop is a quick trip down the road! Host reached out shortly after booking and stayed in communication throughout the entire stay. They even baited the dock for us and offered some fishing tips! "

"I very much enjoyed our stay at cabin #4. It was a very basic setup inside the cabin, yet comfortable. Had everything we needed. The best part was the private dock, where we enjoyed a full day of fishing. The scenery was beautiful as well. We enjoyed a few hikes, getting to know the landscape while we were there. Overall a beautiful & peaceful escape from the city life."

"I was in Breckenridge because my father had just died. We needed some space for family to stay and I was very happy to find a house where we could all stay together. Karen was a wonderful host with great communication. I booked the house twice in a two-week period. She checked with me to make sure the second booking wasn’t a mistake. The home is a beautiful step back in time and was perfect for those of us who had memories of that era. Thanks, Karen, for providing your home in a very small town....
