We did not like the fact that the side parking lot was not lighted, light poles were there but were not functioning, the path to the room was lighted. We did not like that the sliding door in the room had no weather strip between the stationary side and the functioning side, the panes were large enough to be flexible enough so i could get my hand between them and there was no lock on the door...

"House and property is beautiful. Very peaceful. House does need a thorough cleaning. Windowsill very, very, dirty. Zip line was a surprise feature. It is however dangerous. The stopper needs to be moved further up. It doesn’t stop in time and you slam into the pole. Very dangerous. Great idea. Move the stopper up further."

We traveled 6 hours to Colorado for a football tournament and when we arrived at our rental the condition in which we walked into was beyond disgusting. "This was a great house for our extended weekend as we visited Colorado from Tennessee and Texas for our nephew’s wedding. The location was perfect! Close to the venue (Larkspur), grocery stores and airport (COS). The neighborhood was quiet and the house was truly comfortable with plenty of space for all of us. We even hosted a brunch with an additional 8 people. 10/10 would recommend!!! Thank you Bill! "

"Clean place in a nice quiet neighborhood. Half of grill doesn't work, didn't use the hot tub. Cleaning fee was high and unexpected but the place was great. Beds were clean and comfortable. Didn't use the tv"

"We had a great stay at the Old Farmhouse. We did a lot of exploring including hiking, mountain biking, and some fishing. The property is in a great location, right on the edge of downtown. Easy walk to restaurants. Hot tub was great, front porch and sideyard made for great outdoor hangouts. Bonus is the Santa Fe trail literally is right out the backyard. Easy bike ride up to Palmer Lake. Hosts were very nice and responsive to questions. We highly recommend!"
