"Beautiful neighborhood close to everything. Well appointed home! Quiet and comfortable. Would suggest a few blinds on windows in main living area as homes are close together and did not feel comfortable for privacy purposes. No soap for bathing or dishwashing items where available upon arrival. Just went to store to purchase. Shower stopped working in 2nd bathroom but tub was available. Did not call maintenance for this. Had problems getting temperature comfortable due to high tec thermostat....

"Overall, this was a great location for driving to downtown or walking to brewery. A little unsure about security of back fence withban animal. Our dog is noy one torun iff, but one part of fence was broken and the front screen door to the gouse didnt latch or lock."

"We fell in love even more with this listing in person. It was absolutely perfect for our elopement. It was so peaceful to hear the nearby waterfalls and creeks. The kids really enjoyed themselves. We plan to come back many times! Check in was super easy, house was very clean, the hosts were so accommodating and just wonderful people."

"The house was cute and rustic. The view was minimal due to all the summer foliage. The outdoor area was cute. The stairway was open which wasn't great with younger kids. Would stay again."

"Took my wife here as a surprise birthday getaway. I had made a cake and wanted to make sure it was able to be chilled prior to check-in. The hosts allowed me to meet them prior to check-in and kept it cold so we could enjoy it that night! The breakfast in the fridge was also a very nice touch."

"The host and Vrbo were great. It was in a great location to get to downtown. The only thing is the roads and parking are a bit tough. I would make sure you have a smaller vehicle and everyone staying can fit in one car otherwise you will need to find alternative parking. Otherwise it was a great stay."

"This was a great landing spot for a family reunion in the area. The cabin was as described in the listing. It was clean, cozy, and well-stocked for a weekend stay. The cabin was just right for two adults and a toddler, who only needed a little help going up and down the stone steps. Location was terrific, would certainly recommend!"

"We are so glad we stayed at Three Bears Cottage! The place is a perfect size for a couple and is nicely tucked away with great scenery near Park Grove Inn. You are welcomed with a bottle of wine upon arrival and the place was very clean and well organized. There's a binder with a quick overview of where to find key items and information about the area and property. The bed is incredibly comfortable so we both slept very well! We enjoyed an evening walking over to Sunset Terrace at the Park...

"We stayed at the Treehouse for a 4 day trip to visit Asheville. It was an excellent base of operations for visiting the city. Being able to walk into town from the property was a huge bonus. The bedrooms were comfortable and the rest of the place worked well for us. We had zero problems with on street parking…there was always a space directly across from the property. And, on short notice, we were able to take advantage of a free ticket to Biltmore! I would definitely stay at the Treehouse...
