The Space:
This beautifully renovated 1,500 sq ft | 139 sqm apartment in the best part of Le Plateau offers an extremely comfortable stay for families or groups traveling together. Spacious and thoughtfully designed space and all the bedrooms have their own air conditioning units! (heating unit for colder months).

→ Bright and spacious OPEN LIVING area with hardwood flooring, a big sofa, and a 55" 4k TV where you can log in to your Netflix or other streaming service. It's a wonderful space for relaxing downtime moments at home.
→ A long DINING table that comfortably seats 10 to 14 when extended! Great for “sit-down meal moments” with great dinner chat. There’s a kitchen BREAKFAST BAR too with 3 barstools for extra seating if needed. The table is perfect for a workspace too.
→ The KITCHEN is fully equipped with quality appliances for preparing meals at home. It's a terrific way to save money too. All the essentials are there including a COFFEE MAKER, HOT WATER KETTLE, MICROWAVE, TOASTER, even a DISHWASHER for easy clean ups!
→ 4 BEDROOMS & 1 DEN that counts as the 5th bedroom and 2 full BATHROOMS to accommodate up to 16 guests as such:

You’ll be steps to the nearest metro station. And Mont-Royal Avenue and Saint-Denis Street are both lined with casual cafes, laid-back eateries, busy bars, and contemporary galleries and theatres. The nearby Mount Royal Park has trails and a lake with lovely views of the mountain. Park La Fontaine is also nearby, which is surrounded by a lush lawn and beautiful tranquil ponds. It’s a wonderful place to relax and reflect or have a little picnic.

Guest Access:
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the apartment and balcony during your stay. In case of emergency or if there is a power outage, there is a spare key in the lockbox outside the building.

This is surely one of the region’s most diversified neighborhoods. It is home to an eclectic variety of people—including artists, students, young professionals, and new families all co-existing with various cultural communities, creating an astonishingly rich and lively mosaic. The neighborhood is teeming with theatres, restaurants, bars, and shops. The action is concentrated around Saint-Denis Street and Saint-Laurent Boulevard, as well as nearby thoroughfares such as Rachel, Mont-Royal, Duluth and Prince-Arthur.

Other Things to Note:
Please note this apartment is located in a busy nightlife area, close to bars and clubs. You can expect noise throughout the day and night. It's a street lined with restaurants, bars, and nightclubs. We provide earplugs for those sensitive to noise.
Longer stays are welcome and it's a great place for remote workers!

GST and QST are included in the price. For business travelers, we can provide an invoice for tax deductions.
NO SMOKING & NO PETS are allowed. We ask that you honor that request. If determined that there was smoking or pets in the unit, we'll have to clean the carpets and furniture and wash all bedding and pass that charge to you. This is necessary due to the fact that some people are very allergic to pets and tobacco smoke.
In consideration of the next guests, if you could please avoid cooking with garlic, onion, or strong spices, it would be much appreciated.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Please note that the terrace is open until 8:00 PM and is shared with the other units in the building. Therefore, please avoid using the whole space to allow other guests to enjoy the area.

Please take note that candles, incense or any other burnable object with flames inside the property are strictly prohibited.
You can enjoy playing music at the apartment, however please be considerate to other neighbours and follow the house rules.
House Rules:
- Travelers must be at least 20 years old to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the apartment. The use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- Perfect for bachelor/bachelorette groups! We kindly ask to respect the other guests in the building, with no excessive noise after 10 pm. Amazing restaurants and clubs are nearby to continue your celebrations.
- To ensure a good relationship with our community and monitor the renter's compliance with the house rules, the home is equipped with:
—>NoiseAware, a noise sensor device that measures the decibel levels (it does not record any sounds)
—>PartySquasher, a signal detection sensor counting the number of devices in the home at any given time (it does not access any personal information).
- Please, do not tamper with or disconnect the devices.
- Please note that in the event of excessive noise, the power to the unit will be shut off.
- Please refrain from jumping or dancing due to the restaurant below.
- No more guests than those listed on your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the grounds of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID upon booking, on check-in day, or during their stay for identity verification.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- No shoes can be worn inside the house to protect the hardwood floors.
- Guests are responsible for any fines, penalties, or consequences that result from the guest's actions or violations of the house rules.
- If you're booking from a channel where we handle payments, you'll be charged a security deposit of $200 CAD which will be refunded after your check-out accordingly (service fees may apply).

Safety precautions:
1- There are two straight flights of stairs to apartments #3 & #4. There is one flight to apartment 2 (this apartment). Please be careful and mindful if you are traveling with little ones.
2- Opening the windows is prohibited. They do not comply with safety regulations and can be risky for small children. However, the apartment is equipped with an air exchange system & AC, so there is no need to open the windows.
3- The balcony of units #3 and #4 have access to a ladder that can be used in case of an emergency. Please note that there is no safety barrier and can be risky for small children.
4- Do not disconnect the smoke detectors; otherwise, a fine will be charged.
