It’s amazing what passes for city view these days! I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I feel like I was completely deceived by my booking. I rented a deluxe suite city view and was given a room facing a cement wall. I specifically rented this room for the view. Upon arrival, I was told that they were fully booked and that if I was to return to the hotel, I should contact the hotel directly to specify that I want a view of the city. Who would have thought that I would need to specify that I wanted a view of the city when booking a room called deluxe suite city view?
I want to say that the staff is very pleasant and welcoming, the included breakfast was nice and the decor lovely.
If you do decide to book this hotel, which I will not be doing in the future, it’s noteworthy that the rooms do not have charging docks that I could find, they don’t supply bubble bath for their large soaker tub, nor do they have any lotion. They also don’t have a public ice machine and the rooms are not equipped with coffee machines.
