There were a list of problems. Firstly, my name was wrongly entered in their system so they didnāt have a room for me. To manage things for the night, we got a double room. Then they called me early morning (when I checked-in at 2am last night and barely slept) to let me know that I should change my room. In few hours, the lady was knocking to push us out of the room when we were dressing up. Mind you? I never asked for this room. They put us in a room that they had to change because of their mistake. The lady was rude to me about the different name when my reservation clearly had correct name entered. Then comes the next night. Firstly, the door fob didnāt work. Once we fixed it, the room didnāt have electricity. After wasting 1hour and going up and down multiple times, we figured out a tripping switch and decided to spend the next 2 days without using that one switch which was definitely an inconvenience. All in all, we managed and compromised without getting any apology. They messed up things, created problems and only showed rude attitude and literally kicked us out of a room that we didnāt even ask for and in fact paid for. The lady at the reception on the morning of 13th June really needs some talking from the management.
