- Early check-in and late check out requests will be accommodated per availability and are subject to fees. You can make such requests via your BOARDING PASS.

We can also arrange for a multitude of services, amenities and perks. All of which you can see and book in your BOARDING PASS after your booking confirmation.

You may request early check-in and/or late check-out after booking. Our team will do our best to accommodate any requests based on availability and additional fees.

If you have an INFANT that would bring your total guests over 6 people, kindly inquire with us for arrangements. We will accept your request. We can also make arrangements for infant supplies if needed. This is subject to additional fees.

--- Pets are welcomed. Kindly inform us when you have a pet and the details of your pet. (type, breed, size, age, name)
--- There is a pet fee of $75 per pet per stay for Airbnb and $25 per pet per night for any other platforms.
--- If you do not disclose your pet, the fees are double.
--- You are responsible for the actions of your pet including damages or extra cleaning.
--- ALWAYS keep your pet on a leash in common areas if applicable.
--- Do not allow your pet on the furniture.
--- Keep your furry friends in their crates if they are left alone in the home to avoid surprises and oopsies.

THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND:
- This is a mobile first travel booking. Everything is done via app, email and messaging. Your entire stay, once booked, is controlled via our BOARDING PASS. All relevant information, upgrades, requests, check-in info, etc... is found on the BOARDING PASS.
- Contactless check-in and check-out.
- Regardless of applicable cancellation policy, all reservations except Airbnb are charged 34% of the total price at confirmation, 33% 30 days prior to trip, 33% on day of the trip. Airbnb reservations are charged as per Airbnb terms and conditions.
- All cancellations except Airbnb, for any reason, are subject to credit card fees of 3.5%-5% of the refund amount.
- Non-Airbnb bookings are subject to an ID verification, rental agreement and Credit Card Hold of $500.00.
- Credit Card Hold is taken 2 business days prior to check-in and is released 4-5 business days after check-out.
- Airbnb bookings are subject to an ID Verification and rental agreement.
- ID Verifications are to make sure the person booking and paying is the person that shows up at the rental.
- In addition to an ID, a selfie is required from all guests to further enhance our verification process and ensure a smooth check-in experience.
- There is a pet fee for pet owners of $75 per stay per pet for Airbnb and $25 per night per pet for all other platforms.
- The building is a very old building. The apartment is renovated but the building is not. That is reflected in the pricing.
- This is not a hotel, it is a vacation rental. We do not have hotel amenities. Keep that in mind before booking. That is reflected in the pricing.
- Due to health reasons and for the sake of the environment, we no longer provide BODY SOAP, LOTION, SHAMPOO and CONDITIONER. We provide hand soap, dish soap and all other toiletries.
- Summer Furniture, outdoor furniture, outdoor games, BBQs and AC are generally from June 1st to September 15th at locations that have these amenities. Outside of these dates, it is not guaranteed that it will be out due to weather constraints. This is a general disclaimer, not all properties have these items. Please refer to the list of amenities on the listing.
- There are no front desks or staff onsite. We are always available to be communicated with and have emergency staff that can be dispatched for repairs or any issues but they are not onsite. You must contact us if need be.
- We try to provide the best possible instructions for everything, if there is anything that is unclear or you are having trouble with anything, you must contact us as there is no one onsite to help you.
- Always be respectful and polite in any communication with us, other tenants or guests.
- Mishaps happen, kindly let us know if something went wrong. It is the best and most cost effective way to deal with any issue that may have been caused. We will work with you to minimize costs.
- If you are not happy with anything or require information during your stay, kindly inform us right away.

Guest Access:
Check in starts at 3pm and you can check in anytime after that. You can request early check-in, subject to availability and fees, via your BOARDING PASS.

Building is located on a quiet street and has parking for easy load-in and load-out.

The building is a historical building and the apartment is on the main floor with 2 rooms on the lower floor. There is a stairwell for the lower units.

This is an automated entrance with lock box and electronic locks. There are no front desks. You will receive all the access codes on the morning of your arrival date for security reasons. This is a contactless check-in. All this information will be in your BOARDING PASS.

Montreal is a Nordic city and as such experiences extreme winter events including blizzards, ice storms and snow storms. Streets and sidewalks can be slippery and covered by snow. The removal of snow is quite efficient but it is quite inconvenient until it is done. Same for the building, best efforts are done to keep passage ways and stairs clear of snow, ice and debris but during major climate events, there may be delays. Please keep that in mind.

In the center of Montreal's Golden Square Mile with tons of amazing shopping, great restaurants, culture and history. Explore the biggest European city in North America easily at any time of the year.

As far as space, location, cleanliness, presentation and amenities this apartment is superb. Exactly as advertised, with the pleasant surprises of an excellently equipped kitchen and dedicated off-street parking with direct access from the back of the unit. The only issue was getting in initially. The third-party property management solution tried communicating via email. My VRBO account was set up in the iPhone app using my Apple ID for login which supplied the anonymized email address and evidently failed to forward properly in whatever integration the third-party solution attempts to use. It took calls with both VRBO help and the third-party solution to gain access. This situation is likely a non-issue if your VRBO account was created using your actual email address and not an Apple ID alias address.

Quick trip to Montreal
Fantastic place to stay while we were in Montreal. Convenient location to shopping and restaurants. I loved that parking was a no brainer. Parking for one car in the back, not the street. Our only negative thought about the apartment would be about the washing and dryer. The washer does not agitate so it does not actually wash your clothes. Dryer is d so it doesn’t work well. The communication with the owners was seamless. We loved the upgrades that were available as you got ready to check in (grocery shopping, clean mid stay, early check in, etc.).
