"This is a very cute, little place and seriously for the price it is amazing. It was perfect for what we needed. A place to sleep while we visited my daughter at the University. Is it luxury? No but it was clean, cute and a BARGAIN! You cannot beat it. There are other places out there that are gross and sooooo much more expensive. I would do it again in a heartbeat!"

"Great location for attending the Illinois Marathon. The property had plenty of space, clean, safe neighborhood, nice wrap around deck and stylish decor. The owner was easy to communicate with and provided easy instructions for check in and check out. My family and friends really enjoyed our stay!"

"This is a second floor apartment that has a lot of lovely features. The host clearly has put time into making it comfortable and pretty. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen works well. The bathroom is old but works fine. The challenges were that the listing showed bunk beds and a king bed, but it was two king beds, which made it hard to find sleeping for two teenagers who don't sleep well together. To be fair, the host apologized and brought over extra blankets so we could use the futon....

"6 of us (brothers, sons, friend) stayed Friday-Monday for Michigan's football game vs Illinois. Location was great, just a short walk to downtown, campus and stadium. Floor plan was somewhat "unique", but nothing really to complain about. Each of us had our own room, gathering room big enough for all of us, and kitchen had everything we needed and more. "

"I stayed here when attending a recent HS choir reunion. Overall I found it clean and the owners were very friendly and helpful. I don't mind that the place is very old, but there are things that need to be kept to up like grouting the bathroom and floor tile. Also the walls are very thin, so I could hear the alarm go off of the drunken guy next door for over an hour at 5 am on two mornings. "
