"This is a cozy little home in a small town within a nine minute drive of Turkey Run State park, and nine miles from Shades State Park and Rockville ( which has some quaint specialty and antique stores). The host has it well stocked (above and beyond what most VRBO hosts do) with snacks, condiments, and a coffe bar! Stacie was very responsive to all my texts and questions throughout our stay. It suited my sister and I well for our stay."

"We celebrated a birthday in this beautiful place! The hideaway cabin was the perfect size for us and it felt incredibly homey and cozy. The hot tub was perfect and we had an absolute blast. Couldn’t have had a better birthday weekend so close to home! The hosts were incredibly kind and informative and we had privacy and were completely relaxed the entire weekend! Highly recommend this property "

"Brian was great at quickly responding to questions. House just as advertised. Very clean. Hot tub and fire pit with wood available but we didn’t use. (May want to add night stand lamps in bedrooms and reading light in living room, as there is mostly just ceiling lights) very close to Bridgeton, primary location of Covered Bridge Festival. "

"Enjoyed our stay, but had a few issues. Cabin was clean, but there was mouse poop in and on the dishes, so we needed to wash them prior to using them. Our lake view was not great since the lake had been drained for the season. We were notified after booking that the bunk beds could not support more than 140 lbs, leading one of our party to sleep on the sofa. The beds were very uncomfortable, especially the double bed, which had a mattress with a large collapsed area, causing a really sore back....

"We spent most of our time hiking, but this cabin was very nice. It would definitely be good for a family with all the outdoor space, games, etc. Check in and communication were great, and the location to Shades State park can’t be beat. We will definitely stay again if back in this area."

"We loved sitting outside on the large front porch. Communication with the property manager was excellent. This property was very close to Rose-Hulman and ISU. This is by no means a large property but inside you had everything you needed and the large covered front porch was an excellent addition to the property. We would stay again."

"Great hotel in a convenient location. My complaint is regarding the upkeep and cleanliness of the bathroom. All of the dispensers were empty, the base of the shower caulking was in poor condition, and the shower leaked from the bottom of the door. For the amount of money families pay for hotel rooms, I would expect all details to be checked. Yes, I made the front desk aware and the gentleman said he would talk to his manager about discounting the room. Have yet to hear anything."
