"We rented the full house for a week in July. We were 5 families, in total 10 adults and 10 kids. The house is big and fit all of us, and the pool was great! The kitchen is perfect for a big group and we made dinners together every evening! The kids loved the trampoline, swings, etc. We were there in July and it was a bit too hot without AC, but Nadia was helpful with fans. All in all we enjoyed it a lot and would definitely come back. Thank you!"

"We have stayed before in Villa in Italy but this one is above any expectations. The house is stunning, the owner and people who take care of the place were super responsive and lovely to deal with. House could use some door screens (I think they are installing them) and maybe a few little things for the kitechen (we were a group of foodies who loves to cook) but they offered to get what we need and I can not imagine a better place. Location was great as it was 30 min walk to center of Folinio...

"i spent 3 weeks in the property, and all i can say is how fantastic it was, everything from the location, to the way that i was welcomed by Alberto and Karen. They both were so helpful and informative of the area,and really made my stay a pleasure. Although they live on site it really did not impact my privacy as they were both so cautious not to impact the holiday. However when invited for an aperitivo we spent some hours discussing multiple topics and they both were an absolute joy to have...

Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im Parco di Colfiorito und für Besuche in kleinen Orten wie Gubbio, Assisi, Nocera Umbra, Foligno. Ohne Auto geht es allerdings nicht. "The house is a charming old house with all the aminities one needs. Every day the pool is cleaned by Gabrielle, a very nice old man. The house is beautifully located in the hills above de valey of Spoleto and in fact on the pilgrims road between Spoleto and Assisi. We made some beautiful walks. The garden is shaded en well suited for dogs. Ours loved it. We certainly hope to return."

"We stayed in the l'ovile cottage and it was perfect for our needs. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed having breakfast outside overlooking the olive trees. Make sure to give yourself an afternoon or two to enjoy lounging at the pool. Our host, Nadia, was very attentive and even helped us with restaurant recommendations. The home is a little outside of town so you can't walk to any attractions, but it was easy to get to a grocery and to Spello. The only suggestion to make our stay better...
