"We had a wonderful time at Villa Nova. The grounds were wonderful with a pool and a barbecue, many flowers and fresh herbs if you wish to cook. Giuseppe is a fabulous host and extremely helpful. He has a Villa Nuba gold card which gets you discounts at restaurants, tours, shopping and other things. All of the restaurants he recommended were fabulous. If you plan on going to Perugia I would 100% recommend staying at Villa Nuba!"

"Stayed for one month, having stayed before. Stefano and Anna are kind hosts. The house has everything you need for a stay of any length of time. The pool area is a nice respite from the heat. The living is comfortable with tv and couches. The kitchen is fully stocked with pot’s and pans of all shapes and sizes. Private gate and driveway. "A more beautiful house would be hard to imagine! The view is amazing, the grounds beautiful and the house well stocked with essentials including soap and toilet paper. A bit of a rough driveway but only 15 minutes from Assisi. The most wonderful and accommodating hosts. We hope to return! "

"Beautiful villa secluded from the closest town so that it felt private but close enough to the beautiful villages of Umbria. We were a group of 14 and it felt spacious. Unfortunately we had a lot of rain but we cosied up in the fireplace and still had dinner outside under the covered outside eating area.
