"We saw this property advertised and decided to give it a try. We loved the location! It was close to everything we wanted to do. The property itself was clean and met our family's expectations. "Loved staying here, excellent property. Only two issues were many holes in the fence (our small dog escaped but luckily came back), we spent some time covering them with bricks and rocks and pizza boxes. Also bedroom off the family room was unbearably freezing at night, probably due to leaky sliding glass doors. Otherwise the place was gorgeous and spotless and stocked with everything you would need. Definitely would come back!"

"overall impression is very old property. minor upgrades can help and upgrade cleaning products. I like the property managers, very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean however smelled like very strong bleach which is harmful to some with sensitive skin. Suggest using vinegar and dish soap as alternative. "We selected this property because it appealed to a variety of ages, and what a great choice it was! Our group consisted of Grandma and Grandpa, 2 of their adult children and spouses, a 4-year-old, and an 18-month old (Another daughter and her husband had to cancel last-minute due to Covid). "The place was beautiful, although I didn’t realize it was not supposed to have dogs. "We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. The location is excellent -- one block from dog-friendly Del Monte Beach and a 5-minute walk to the Monterey Bay Coastal Trail. The kitchen was very well-equipped and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The property managers were very responsive the few times we had issues or questions. We highly recommend this home and would definitely stay here again."

"When we arrived at 120 Tide it was obvious it had not been cleaned. The sheets on some of the beds were slept in, there were old washed towels in the washer, there was no toilet paper, soap , or any supplies in the bathrooms to get started with, and tons of left over food in the fridge.
