The kitchen was so well appointed and the amenities add to our comfort. The house was immaculate something my wife was very pleased about. "We selected this property because it appealed to a variety of ages, and what a great choice it was! Our group consisted of Grandma and Grandpa, 2 of their adult children and spouses, a 4-year-old, and an 18-month old (Another daughter and her husband had to cancel last-minute due to Covid). The house was comfortably and attractively furnished, and the kitchen was the best-equipped kitchen of any VRBO I've visited. But the best part was the indoor toys and the backyard for the grandchildren!...

"I stayed in this rental for 5 weeks. It was very clean, well equipped and beds were comfortable. The minor issues I had w/ rental were addressed quickly. The views are special. The neighborhood is quiet. You'll enjoy Dixie, the dog next door. She loves tennis balls! Easy access to highways and Cannery Row. I would highly recommend this property."

"Very nice property that had very nice finishes. View from main floor was lovely, but the view from the second floor master was awe inspiring. Very quiet, close to the beach and beach walk. Well supplied with everything we needed. Loved hearing the surf as we fell asleep. Kids and grandkids absolutely loved the pool because it was so warm. Close to attractions and shopping. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area."

"When we arrived at 120 Tide it was obvious it had not been cleaned. The sheets on some of the beds were slept in, there were old washed towels in the washer, there was no toilet paper, soap , or any supplies in the bathrooms to get started with, and tons of left over food in the fridge. Not a good beginning to our stay. The management company and cleaning company worked with us and gave us a free cleaning to compensate, but it didn’t set a good tone for the beginning of our stay. "It was a georgeous weekend in Monterey! We took the kids to the Aquarium, enjoyed the beach, walked through the Butterfly habitat all without jackets! The home was clean and well appointed. The kids loved the playground in the back yard, and the toys in the closet. The home is centrally located in a nice neighborhood with plenty of restaurants nearby. Would definitely return!"

"This condo is small, which you can tell by the pictures, but it’s definitely big enough for two. I just think it needs to have all the staples required for a month, like dish soap, tissue, etc. Didn’t expect to have to go out and buy this stuff myself.
