"This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath bungalow was updated/remodeled and quite comfortable. Great coffee maker! Mattresses seemed relatively new (always a bonus!) Our stay turned out to be during an unusual heat wave, so we wished there had been AC, but perhaps this is usually not a problem in that area. "Such a wonderful stay for our group of six! The house was immaculate with plenty of space to spread out. The location was perfect, walking distance to restaurants, shops and the ocean. "Beautiful location and great property! Hot tub and golf green were great as was outdoor seating area. Layout was great. Only issue was there were some delayed maintenance issues and when we tried to reach out we received no response. Front door handle would fall off in your hand and none of the kitchen outlets worked so we had to plug in coffee maker and toaster on the floor in the dining room. Overall great experience "

"The house and deck are the best with a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and very clean. Everything works well including air and heat, hot tub, nice showers, and all kitchen appliances. The views overlooking the Valley all the way to the ocean are extraordinary. I would suggest guests arrive before dark as the street going to the residence has lots of turns and the driveway is very steep with a hairpin turn. Our host was responsive and a pleasure to work with. "

"We had a small family reunion here for 2 nights. The main house is nice and spacious, very clean and functional. The bunkhouse is located upstairs and some of the beds are in the loft, up a ladder. Beds were very comfy. Pool is nice, unfortunately it was too cold for us to enjoy. Lots of games and just a beautiful, peaceful property to enjoy family time. "
