Casa Falcone is a stunning farmhouse built between 100 and 300 years ago and set within glorious rolling le Marche countryside. Adjacent is La Casetta which is only rented together with Casa Falcone during high season but can be rented alone off season. Casa Falcone sleeps 10 (see listing under Characterful Restored Farmhouse) while La Casetta sleeps 4. there are also two infant cots and two high chairs. Together the houses are perfect for extended groups including those of different ages. We also have 6 hectares of land and are able to host weddings and events. The pool is tastefully enclosed by a wrought iron safety fence and pink oleander bushes to ensure protection for children. All the bedrooms are air conditioned and we have solar panel powered electricity. Both houses have been recently freshly repainted and upgraded with new furniture and amenities.

Own kitchen dining and sitting room for extra privacy if required (families with small children/teenagers/grandparents, depending on needs!). Fans in bedroom Own spacious terrace provides extra space for privacy if required.
• Prices are for exclusive use of the property. Casa Falcone can be rented alone (see listing mentioned above), but La Casetta is only rented alone out of season. All bed linen and towels included. Extra cleaning during your stay can be purchased. Excellent chef available for home dining if required.

We particularly love that our house is large enough that no one feels on top of one another. Also the opportunity to bake our own pizza and bread in our own pizza oven.
