"The host (Hiro) was super helpful and very kind. Before our stay, he reached out to us to ask if we wanted to be picked up at the train station. "Lovely quirky hotel. It is quite basic but the rooms are clean (and have a great view of Mt Fuji!), and the communal lounge is great to hang out in. The staff are lovely and so helpful, the shuttle to and from the station was very helpful! Lots of restaurants within walking distance. "

"Apartment is new and very well appointed. There are 2 bedrooms - one has a western bed and the other has futons. Bedrooms are small and doesn’t have cupboards or other furnishings. "子供の大学受験の付き添いで利用しました。 総合的にとっても良かったです。 強いて言えば、部屋の壁がカビ？で汚かったコト。WiFiが弱すぎること。お風呂を推してる割に打たせ湯、ジェットが壊れていたコト。でしょうか。 でも薬草風呂も良かったし、枕の追加貸し出しも良かったし、静かな環境でたくさんあるマンガを読みふけりました。子供も勉強に集中できたみたいです。飲み物の自販機もたくさんあったし、かなりくつろいで過ごせました。 朝、お風呂に入りそびれてしまったので 朝食かお風呂かどちらかでいいので、もう少し延長してもらえたら、うれしいかなと思いました。"

"We loved our time at Fuji Guesthouse. We stayed in their traditional Japanese room, which was spacious for the two of us the night before we began our Mt. Fuji ascent. Both staff members we interacted with were not only kind during our stay, but extended their hospitality beyond it, offering us to store our luggage while we were on the mountain, and allowing us to shower upon our return. "Excellent! felt like home and the service was outstanding. everything is written in Japanese, English, French, Spanish ,,etc.. (don't remember what else) . there is a supermarket close by and a very nice place to eat too. the room we reserved did not have its own bathroom but all the bathroom/restrooms are so clean that it does not matter. Parking space is big and easy for long cars. "

"Surprisingly the room was very large! I enjoyed sleeping on the foldable foam mats on the tatami mats. Despite the old look of the lobby, the room was very clean and looked like it was renovated.
