"The property itself is amazing. The room is very specious with kitchen and laundry facilities. The private onsen and foot bath on the balcony are bonuses. Very close to train station and not too far from 7/11. However, the check in process was a nightmare. "Very pleasant stay. Great view of Mt. Fuji right at the front door of the resort. Everything you need is provided. Best dinner ever with the BBQ they provided. We bought very fresh food at nearby supermarket and grilled them for dinner. Staffs were really helpful while I sprained my ankle the first night. Appreciated their help."

"Hiro, the host, was incredibly helpful and kind. He offered to pick us up from the train station, drove us to a supermarket, and guided us through the villa. He provided bus maps, dining and shopping suggestions, and local tips, including info about a fall festival. The villa was perfect for our family of four. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Great value!"

"We were a family with young children and stayed at Villa B, which was a standalone 3-floor loft-style apartment. It worked really well for us - bedroom with 2 queen-sized beds and ensuite bathroom (including bathtub, washing machine and heater for clothes drying). The second "storey" was a small but well-equipped kitchenette, with a seating area. On the third "storey" was a loft with two sets of futons available. Villa A is closest to the road so we did hear the occasional vehicle passing by...

"We booked the barrel suana cabin, it was a cute little cabin with an outdoor bath tub and wood fired sauna. All the staff were so professional, polite and friendly especially ishigawa and keiko. We are definitely coming back on our next trip to Japan. This place is a little piece of heaven . I recommend booking the private hot springs and suana. My compliments to all the staff , management and owner. EXCELLENT!!!!!"

"北館を利用させてもらいした。 荷物搬入用の駐車スペースは入口は狭いものの自分的には問題無しでした（車種はハリアー） しかし南館併設の駐車場はすごくわかりにくい。 日が落ちるタイミングだったので見辛く何度も通り過ぎてしまい周辺をグルグル周りながらなんとか辿り着きました。 北館にも駐車スペースが確保できたら完璧だったと思います。 そんなことより家族は大変満足しておりここの系列の他のとこも行ってみたいと言ってます。 また利用したい施設になりました。 1個気になったのは部屋に大量の殺虫剤があり、虫が多い時期に来たらちょっと大変そうだなって思いました。"

Cons: To start, the walk to the property is the furthest walk on the entire street practically only up hill walking. It is quite annoying to get anywhere if you want to leave the property.
