The villa sits on a 4,000 sqm area with a seafront view and terraces with seating.
It's built on a rocky hill, offering a breathtaking sea view with a swimming pool on the lowest level. An elegant patio features lounge chairs and shades for alfresco dining for 15 guests, including access to the sea by foot or shuttle service, 10 sunbeds on the terraces, an outside lounge for 15 people, and a parking space with an elevator to the house.
The property's suites have been designed to offer the perfect balance between
privacy and communal living. Each suite has its own individual terrace access,
providing guests with the luxury of seclusion when desired, while still being able to come together in the communal areas. The villa's nine elegantly furnished bedrooms are a testament to the attention to detail that has gone into every aspect of
the property's design. This zen-style house features a white and wood interior with sliding glass doors to a terrace, infinity pool, and solarium. The design includes teak wood on the terraces, resin floors, and Tunisian Delos stone with historical influence. Classic Italian architecture, such as an ornamental fireplace, blends with modern

We recommend visiting the quaint, closest village of Porto S.Stefano (6 Km) with shops, restaurants and bars Tramonto beach Club in Giannella (17 km) is a recommended beach club with a restaurant, particularly indicated for a day excursion with children Saturnia (68 Km) famous for its natural hot springs and scenic countryside, with opportunities for relaxation and exploration.
A must-do activity is a daily private boat trip to the islands Giglio and Giannutri that, together with the Argentario archipelago, made up one of the best sea lovers locations in Tuscany Sorano, Sovana, and Pitigliano (70 km) are three small medieval villages located in the Maremma hills. Each town is known for its rich history, picturesque architecture, and scenic views. Visitors can explore Etruscan ruins, ancient churches, and medieval fortresses while enjoying the tranquil ambiance of these charming Italian towns.
