"If you love nature, seclusion and fantastic views of Lake Michigan, then you will love this house/property! Also, we have rented a lot of VRBOs over the years and typically you’re left with like 2 trash bags, one extra roll of TP, and no other house keeping amenities. These hosts have it all for your stay, which is enormously appreciated and goes a long way IMO. We will definitely be back! "My adult daughter, her fiance', myself & 2 dogs ( 1-50 lbs & 1-75 lbs ) rented the home for 6 nights. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds & a very enjoyable neighborhood dog walking. The access to grocery shopping & local parks was great. The home also offered TV with guide, not just the usual streaming service-nice addition. "This was one second year at this adorable cottage. We loved it once again! The stairs to the lake were improved from last year. (Still no lake access, but we could get closer to watch the waves and sunset.) We are comfortable with the simplicity of handwashing dishes, and enjoyed unplugging from a hectic schedule with no wifi and basically no phone connection. All in all, a great place for a wonderful vacation!"

"House was great, you can walk down the steps & literally get in the water of Lake Michigan. There are a lot of steps to get down there so not for someone with walking issues. House is cute, clean & has a great deck to sit out on & excellent lake access. Location is very rural & literally have to drive down dirt roads & hills to get to the house. "We had multiple generations with us to celebrate my parents’ 50th anniversary and this home was perfect for our group. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking supplies, and the pool area was the ideal space for kids and adults alike, with plenty of seating in the sun and shade. The wrap-around porch was a beautiful spot for morning coffee with a view of the gorgeous garden.The house is charming and spacious. We would definitely book again!"
