the second floor of the masseria hotel and is reached by stairs. It
consists of 1 twin room with single beds, 1 double room and 1 full shower room.
The
4-bed room is one of the six rooms that make up the hotel in masseria
Fabula Maison, in the countryside of Puglia, equipped with parking
spaces and a large inner courtyard.
The
property also features a restaurant, communal relaxation area and
laundry corner, as well as a small shop selling typical handicrafts.

The masseria hotel is nestled in the countryside of Monopoli,
in the heart of Puglia. The center of Monopoli is less than 10 km away,
with all the main services, the beautiful historic center on the low
and accessible cliffs.
The Monopoli coastline with beaches and coves can be reached in about 10 minutes by car.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 3pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7:00 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Change of bed linen, each 3 days
- Tidying up of accommodation with change of bathroom linen, for day
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
