"This quaint home was perfect for our mid week Anniversay. We couldn't get enough of the multiple decks to view the water. The large firepit was enjoyed nightly . We look forward to returning!! nightly stars. We looke "

The house is fantastic - very nicely updated, extremely well appointed with anything we needed (well-stocked kitchen w/ coffee, plenty of linens/towels, comfortable beds & furniture, etc), awesome layout allowing the girls to have a separate living area downstairs to hang out while my wife and I were on the main level w/ our dogs (pet-friendly… huge plus!). "We have gone here a few times and it's always amazing. Before finding this place we rented other cabins in the area and none come close to this one. Our kids have a great time at the private beach and pool. It's cozy and clean. We had a couple questions and the owner got back right away. It's a perfect lake house getaway. We will be back next summer!"

"We 5 72 year old ladies had a great time. We went wine tasting, played cards, games and just talked and laughed. The house was very nice. The water had a horrible smell. There was a water cooler but the jug was empty. The lights were on the ceiling far away from the floor. Hard to read anything. The lamps in the bedrooms didn’t work. But nothing stopped us from having a great time. "

The couch was patched together with tape, the toilet was covered in hair, the floor was sticky in the kitchen, the bathmat was dirty with grime and what might have been dog poop. The bathroom had not been swept or wiped down and was covered in dust, hair, and dirt. There were 2 packages of moldy food in the fridge. The blankets had not been washed. The pillowcases had dirty marks on them, and the extra bedding was...

"The location was perfect for our events that we attended and ended up being right down the road from everything we did. The older house was very well kept up and we would have enjoyed more time there but our trip got cut short for other reasons. The communication by the owners was quick and very responsive and they were flexible with our adjusted schedule. The walk down to the dock was fun and standing there watching the river flow by was very relaxing."

"This was a very nice affordable and convenient place to stay for a Purdue football weekend. Took just under 30 minutes, right off I-65, to get to campus. Very well-lit parking lot for security.
