Through the path 25 minutes to go up, 15 minutes to go down. Connections to the main trails close to home!
Bus stop 50 meters away.
Private parking for 2 cars next to the apartment. From 1 June to 31 August also 2 reserved parking spaces in the car park in the town center, a sports field area, adjacent to the beautiful La Secca beach.

Dolce Vita
Von Anfang bis Ende haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Weg dort hin war zwar etwas abenteuerlich, hat aber viel Spaß gemacht. Wer die Natur und Ruhe liebt, ist hier genau richtig Unser Vermieter hat sich um alles gekümmert (Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben inklusive Reservierung und war immer erreichbar). Wir kommen definitiv wieder.

Magnifique séjour sur les hauteurs de Moneglia
Tout était parfait! De l’accueil à l’entrée du charmant village de Moneglia trouver facilement sur les conseils de Massi. Nous avons suivi notre guide jusqu’à la maison située sur les hauteurs au milieu de la verdure, parfait. Tout correspond parfaitement à l’annonce et il y’a tout sur place pour passer un excellent séjour… L’appartement parfaitement équipé, terrasse et piscine avec vues, Top! Massi a toujours été disponible pour nous répondre et nous donner de bons conseils Encore Merci!

Un coin de paradis
Au cours de notre roadtrip Italien, nous avons posé nos valises dans cette sublime location sur les hauteurs de Moneglia, à Littorno. Massimiliano nous a accueilli chaleureusement. Nous avons même rarement été aussi bien accueilli dans une location ! Il nous a communiqué les informations nécessaires en amont de notre arrivée et nous a présenté la location. Rien ne manque ! L'électroménager est récent et fonctionnel (plaque induction, lave vaisselle, cafetière Nespresso, lave vaisselle, lave linge, etc), le matériel mis à disposition est de qualité (materiels de cuisine, chaises longues, parasols, serviettes, sechoir, etc). Des denrées sont mis à disposition pour démarrer le séjour : un paquet de pâtes, papier toilette, shampooing, etc. Une place de parking privée est à notre disposition. La location était très propre à notre arrivée. La literie est très confortable. La grande terrasse de la location est un vrai plus : celle ci est sécurisée (grille d'entrée verrouillée et balustrade sécurisée). Nous avons laissé notre fille de 21 mois jouer sans problème. D'ailleurs, la location était complètement adaptée pour elle. La piscine est située à l'arrière du bâtiment et donne sur la nature. Un avre de paix... Le bruit des cigales et le clapotis de l'eau sont au rendez vous. Dépaysement assuré ! Nous sommes extrêmement satisfaits de ce séjour. Encore un grand merci à Massimiliano pour sa grande disponibilité et ses réponses rapides pour nous conseiller.

Peaceful hideaway
We really enjoyed our stay here (family of 4). The property was spotlessly clean with air-con in all rooms. The pool was lovely and I think we got lucky as we had it to ourselves 90% of the time. Massi is the ideal host - helpful and welcoming but never imposing. He booked us a table at a fantastic trattoria in the next village. The drive up the hill isn’t for the faint hearted but the views and quiet are worth it. A car is definitely needed. Would recommend.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schick und perfekt ausgestattet. Ob Spülmaschinentabs, Waschmittel, Pfannen, Töpfe,...alles war vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das haben wir aber auch dem super Gastgeber Massimiliano zu verdanken. Er war immer erreichbar und hat uns bei Fragen umgehend geantwortet. Der Fußweg (durch einen Wald) in die Stadt und insbesondere der Rückweg kann als Sporteinheit genutzt werden (ca. 25min) :) Kann bei hohen Temperaturen anstrengend werden. Der Pool mit dem Traumausblick war das Highlight für unsere Kinder. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen!!.

Italian Serenity
After a brief communication on What’s App, the gentle host Massimiliano awaited us in the center of Moneglia to personally guide us to the accommodation. We were delighted by an arrangement of beers and chocolate and a quick and profound description of the Appartement. The stay was very qualm, surrounded by a small agriculture and nature. Everything worked out and you can even use Sky or Netflix for instance. The host was helpful and asked a few times if we need anything else. He also responded quick to our questions. We will come back, thanks a lot.

Enjoyable stay
Lovely apartment near to Moneglia. The pool area was lovely too. Massi was a very kind and considerate host and met me at the train station to bring me to the apartment. I appreciated the water and snack he left. He also made me a reservation at a local restaurant which was very nice. Thank you for your hospitality Massi. I did not have a car and I stayed here. Moneglia train station is about a 35 mins walk downhill from here. And an uphill walk back. I hike a lot so I was not bothered. But if hills bother you, then a car is best. There is parking at the apartment.

Wunderbarer Urlaub in Littorno
Unser Aufenthalt als Familie in Littorno war traumhaft. Die Unterkunft ist top gepflegt, die Lage und Aussicht traumhaft. Traumhafte Ruhe
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Magic Littorno sehr genossen. Vor allem die Ruhe. Wir hatten auch noch Glück und waren alleine in der Anlage. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig.Das Appartement ist perfekt ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Massimiliano ist ein herzlicher und äußerst zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Moneglia ist im Vergleich zu den Cinque Terre Dörfern viel angenehmer und nicht so überlaufen. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Moneglia we loved it!
Litorno is very quit.to drive up to the mountain I don’t like it I have drive sickness especially when it is night it is dark and you can drive only with one car. To walk down to Moneglia I love it but not the mosquito’s up stairs it is pfff but very beautiful. The train traffic is good we went to Clinique terre and Pisa and Sestre Levante and shop on a raining day in chiavari all it is very beautiful and nice to do. The manager is a good helping men all the time! The house clean and is nice but the terrasse is almost in the shadow, my husband liked that most! The swimming pool is always in the sun with a nice view I liked that! The weather could better. Windy, rain, thunder, cloudy theseathe first days quite and good after that he was wild but the temperatures were always good! We have enjoy our vacation trip! Thanks for the good and fast help via whatsapp we loved it very much!

Littorno/Moneglia exceeded our expectations. It was fantastic and we enjoyed our stay in the apartment among the mountains with the wonderful mountain and sea view. The apartment is very well furnished, we had everything we needed to feel like at home, as well as very neat and super clean. The pool, that we had basically only for us, was the perfect start or end of the day. The everyday walk through the forest to Moneglia with our two kids was our ritual and we absolutely love it. There is option to take the bus, to go to Moneglia or to take the car, but we recommend to walk downhill and to take the bus on the way back. Moneglia is absolutely charming place, with kids friendly beaches, all necessary shops and great places to eat, have coffee and gelato. Massimiliano is very warm and open-minded host, we were amazed by the warmth, helpfulness and courtesy. We lacked nothing!! An extra umbrella on the rainy day, pasta for our first dinner after our arrival, many useful tips, a loving attention to say goodbye and, and, and... We can recommend it 100%.

Everything we hoped for.
In the hills above Moneglia with a fantastic view of trrees, swallows and eagles. Great host responded immediately to all queries.if you can drive down to moneglia in less than 12 minutes youre doing well. Over 30 deg so minimsid our outings but a good place for touring the area by train car.or motorcycle.

Small treasure near the ocean
Very easy and nice welcome! We were accompanied the whole road up to the mountain. The flat has everything you need. We loved the terrace. My boys also loved the pool. The parking possibility at the ocean is also a big plus! The surrounding nature is wonderful! You should always do the grocery shopping before driving up! We tried to do only drive up and down once per day as it is quite a ride!

Wonderful stay in a beautiful setting
Not enough words to describe our time at Maxi’s place. Massimilano is a brilliant host and made our stay at his apartment so very comfortable. He is extremely thoughtful and helpful and really went out of his way to ensure we had a great time. The apartment itself is situated on the top of a hill. Peaceful and with wonderful views from the patio and also from the swimming pool. The drive up can be a bit nervy for the first time but you get used to it. The apartment is clean and spacious enough for a family of 4. Maxi has his partaken fitted out with everything one needs. A home away from home. Moneglia in summer has a great vibe. You have to be there to experience it. But stop reading and book your stay here!

Très beau séjour
Nous avons apprécier ce séjour. Masimiliano nous a très bien accueilli. Le logement est très propre bien équipé avec de noubreux rangement. La terrasse est top avec de magnifique couché de soleil. La route pour s'y rendre est un route de montagne sinueuse, mais on s'y habitue. Merci pour tout.

Der Aufenthalt in Littorno/Moneglia war fantastisch! Die Lage in den Bergen bietet Ruhe und eine tolle Aussicht. Moneglia ist 10 min mit dem Auto enfernt. Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit den Bus zu nutzen. Das Apartment mit Terrasse war super sauber und geräumig. An Ausstattung ist alles vorhanden. Es gibt viele durchdachte Details und man fühlt sich einfach wohl. Der Pool ist eine willkommene Abkühlung, wenn man den Tag im Apartment verbringen möchte. Der Empfang von Massimiliano war herzlich und die Abwicklung unkompliziert! Er war immer erreichbar und für alle Fragen ;-) offen. Wir können das Apartment und Massi zu 100 % empfehlen....Molte, molte Grazie!

Great stay!
Our week in littirno and the apartment rented by Massi, was just great. The apartment was clean and fresh. The view was outstanding. The location will probably make it a bit challenging if you would like to walk to the city Moneglia even if it’s fully possible. But there is a bus going almost all the way and also taxi is available if you don’t go by own car. In all it was really nice and Massi was the perfect host!

Großen Dank an Massi, sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter, Wohnung sehr sauber alles da was man für einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Sehr ruhige Lage, die Anfahrt in die Wohnung sehr spannend. Fazit: Wir können die Wohnung zu 100% weiter empfehlen. Danke für die schöne Woche.

Sehr ruhige Lage
Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen Ort am Berg mit Blick auf die Bucht. Den Großteil der Woche waren wir komplett alleine und hatten somit auch den Pool komplett für uns alleine. Massimiliano ist sehr nett und bemüht um seine Gäste. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden. Es fehlt an nichts. Selbst Spülmaschinenreiniger und Waschpulver sind vorhanden. Als Ausgangspunkt für die Cinque Terre fanden wir den Ort perfekt. Weit genug entfernt vom Massentourismus und trotzdem schnell erreichbar.

Besser geht nicht
Massimiliano ist wirklich ein exzellenter Vermieter bzw. Gastgeber. Er war jederzeit erreichbar und hatte immer Tips parat. Die Unterkunft war super sauber, es fehlte an nichts. Zugegeben, der Weg zur Unterkunft ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Aber nach einigen Tagen weiß man, wie man sich am Berg nach oben bzw. nach unten schlängelt. Einen Roller haben wir uns zusätzlich gemietet, war des Öfteren ganz nützlich. Unten im Ort gibt es direkt ein Parkhaus, gerade wenn man mit dem Auto abends nach unten fährt, es gibt sonst nicht viel freie Parkplätze. Den Pool haben wir oft und gerne benutzt, wir waren immer alleine. Am Strand in La Secca (zwischen den Tunneln gelegen) haben wir uns des öfteren Liegen gemietet, der kostenfreie Parkplatz von Massimiliano war da sehr hilfreich. Das Essen in der Strandbar ist auch sehr gut, vorausgesetzt man bekommt einen Platz. Hier war immer alles von 12:30 Uhr- 15:00 Uhr reserviert. Wer einmal sehr gut Essen möchte, sollte unbedingt im Assirto in Moneglia vorbeischauen. Hier gibt es wenige, dafür aber sehr erlesene Gerichte. Die beiden Wirtsleute Alexandra und Luca sprechen Deutsch, Italinisch, Englisch und Französisch. Es gibt zu jedem Essen eine tolle Geschichte und eine tolle Weinberatung durch Luca. Hier gibt es z. B. leckeres Ipero-Schwein. Wir können die Unterkunft bei Massimiliano nur weiterempfehlen. 5 Sterne von uns. Dank lieber Massimiliano, liebe Grüße aus Berlin Andy&Martina
