"My family and I had a wonderful stay at Pop’s House. We could not believe the amazing location in downtown Murphys and truly enjoyed getting to walk to breakfast, the playground and all the shops. Cassie was so kind and responsive, and even had a vegetable peeler delivered for us when we realized the house didn’t have one She went above and beyond! "we had a wonderful day. It's close to everything but most important it's close to the mountain. We usually stay in Arnold, but Dorrington is closer to the mountain then Arnold so that saved us another 15 minutes. The house was super and we had no problems."

"We stayed at Halcyon House in Amador City. The house was very comfortable for 3 couples. Everything in the house is updated and tasteful. It has a nice outdoor area but was too chilly for us to be outside. It's a very short walk to downtown. Marilee is the most responsive host I've ever worked with on a vacation rental. I hope to return to this house again - it's a special find. "

"We planned a snow trip, and while there wasn't any snow directly at the property, a quick 20-minute drive took us to a snowy wonderland where we had a fantastic day. The property itself was spacious, spotless, and comfortably accommodated our large group of 10 people. The home's layout was perfect for a family gathering, and we loved the variety of games and puzzles available to pass the time. The host was incredibly helpful and communicative. We're already looking forward to our next visit! "
