"I recently stayed at Glenn's home for a family get together (a chance for my 3 children to get to see their grandparents who can no longer travel). The property was fantastic. We cooked at home one evening and the kitchen was well stocked. The large dining room table in the great room was perfect for a group.The home was well furnished, all of the bedrooms were extremely comfortable, and the view of the river is incredible. We visited in late December so didn't get to use the outdoors. ...

"What excited us about this property was how close it was to the falls. It was only a few minutes drive to all of our points of intrest. Our first night we tried the hot tub, the cover was difficult to get on and off (because it looks as though someone previously can't respect someone else's property and climbed on top of the cover damaging it). the water didn't get as warm as we would have liked and the jets seemed weak. We then all gathered in the living room and watched a couple of movies as...

"This place was advertised as a house for rent. What it was, was a run down apartment building that was vacant. Upon arrival, I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to be in a particular one of the units or not. It was very disconcerting not knowing if I would be walking into someone’s living space. However, I went into unit one to find it empty and clean. I called the property owner and was told the entire building was at my disposal. That was the end of the positive experience. "Place was clean and very centrally located! Could hear guest upstairs and bed sunken in the middle! Would have been nice to have had some basics Like coffee, salt/Peper, etc."

"Arriving at the cottage, the first thing we noticed was how special it felt. The host took the time to perfect the ambience. The lighting, music and fire were perfect. We made art and cuddled up the entire time!"

"We were going to a Bills game the next day and this place worked out perfectly. William was very quick to respond to any questions I had. Sure the area isn't the best looking but neither is anywhere else in Niagara falls."

"We had an amazing stay! The listing was so much better than we expected and we had a great time! The staff were all lovely and helpful. The views were phenomenal! The apartment was much bigger than we thought, or needed for this trip, but now we know where we will stay when we come back with the kids! Great location and a very walkable area. We rented a car, but for the immediate Niagara attractions we would have been okay without it!Definitely recommend this location!"

"Accommodation not adequate for 4 people -- only 5 towels and 4 washcloths for a 5 night stay. Yes -- there was a washer and dryer -- but this issues should not fall on renters. 3 wineglasses for 4 of us. Same issues with other utensils and glasses. Should also have advised that rental was not ADA compliant -- between outside stairs and no safety bars in the bathroom which had slippery tiled floor. We did, however appreciate the suggestions for the dog parks. Beds were comfortable. "

"Overall the stay was great! The place was very clean and the property manager was very prompt with responses to questions. The only 2 minor issues, personally, were... 1. If someone is renting the upstairs, you can hear every move they make downstairs. The steps for the upstairs guests are only separated by 2 doors that would lead into the downstairs apartment but are remain locked. One of those doors is very to the bedrooms. Therefore, it's somewhat loud when they come in our out. The other...

"Very cute and charming little house! It was perfect for what we needed. The property and house were very clean and tidy. It’s great location in terms of distance from every thing, had the weather been warmer we would have walked everywhere! The host was very responsive and helpful in many suggestions for the area. The only thing we didn’t like was the neighborhood. Thankfully this house made us feel safe in a somewhat ify neighborhood so we were extra grateful for a safe place to sleep! "
