Welcome to our Waterfront oasis in the city! Located in a quaint suburb of Mobile and yet, centrally located (right off the interstate) this completely renovated beauty is perfect for a large family gathering, a group retreat or more! Enjoy the waterfront views of Dog River, the private pool in your backyard, the short drive (30 minutes) to get to the beach, or even head to downtown mobile in just a short 10 minute drive.
The comforts of home will await when you return - feeling like you're in a remote location while still in the city!

The house is a large, open concept floor plan with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large kitchen, dining room area, 1 car garage (with electric door), plenty extra space for storage, a large laundry room and more. There is even a spot for golf cart charging and RV hook up! This home has been completely renovated with new furniture, mattresses and bedding! There is a TV in each bedroom as well as an extra large 65 inch TV in the living room. The entire home is located on one floor, which makes it handicapped accessible as well. (please feel free to reach out with any specific questions as it relates to this)
While we have other properties that are Pet friendly, this one is NOT. Please contact us if you're in need of a spot that allows pets!

If you’re not up for cooking, have peace of mind that a fine selection of dining options are within a 5-minute drive or uber away – including Southern, seafood, and steak restaurants, and as well as some local fast food favorites (FOOSACKLY'S Chicken)

Bedrooms:
There are 4 well sized bedrooms:
- Primary bedroom: KING sized bed with in-suite full bathroom
- Bedroom 2: Queen sized bed and TRIPLE bunk beds
- Bedroom 3: Queen sized bed and TRIPLE bunk beds
- Bedroom 4: Privacy suite (located on the opposite end of the other bedrooms for more privacy) - Queen bed with bathroom just a short walk away

Bathrooms:
Pamper yourself and end your day like a royalty with a refreshing shower or bath in one of the 3 bathrooms equipped with all the necessary toiletries:

• Shampoo & Conditioner

• Towels, Washcloths, and hand towels (even black washcloths for makeup removal)
Bathroom 1: off the primary bedroom - full custom shower, single sink, and toilet

Bathroom 3: located off the kitchen/side entry area - very close to bedroom 4 - brand new custom shower with metal walls, toilet and single sink

Dining Room: located as a shared space with the living room. This area has large windows to look at the beautiful yard out front or out of the back to see the river, pool and yard! There is also a Murphy bed cabinet located on the wall in this area for extra sleeping arrangements.
