Solano Vallejo has an outdoor seasonal pool that you can use as much as you would like. It is controlled and operated by the Homeowner Association. While there are specific dates that they are scheduled to be ‘open’ there can be closures caused by inclement weather and/or equipment failure. Such closures are completely out of the control of Moab Lodging and Property Management. No refunds are given because of an inability to access the swimming pool. Towels, linens, bedding, cookware and soap are all included in your stay, so feel free to pack light!
You also get your own one car garage, which is perfect for storing bikes or any other outdoor toys that you’ll be using during your stay.
No pets are allowed in this unit. If you’d like to bring a pet with you, please inquire about Moab Lodging Vacation Rentals' wide variety of pet-friendly options.
In order to protect you and the property we have partnered with Safely, a 3rd party screening and property insurance company. This screening is very quick and simply verifies your ID and checks against criminal and internal databases. It provides peace of mind should any small damage occur during your stay, and helps to eliminate credit card fraud. Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival carry up to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 2 days of arrival carry up to a 100% cancellation fee.
