"My 18 yr old son, 7 yr old dog & I went for 2 nights to celebrate my 60th birthday. The barn is very comfortable & cosy. Instructions to get there was spot on. It was very clean except for a couple of cobwebs with spiders in the corner of the main bedroom & lounge but this didn't bother me. Throws & towels provided for dogs, loved sitting outside with a cuppa in the mornings watching the sun come up. This accommodation was ideal for going out walking in the day & chilling in the evenings. "

"We loved staying at this beautiful cottage in such a beautiful location. It was so cozy and the surrounding area was everything we dreamed it would be. Janet and Mike were so welcoming and helpful. We felt like we were visiting family! The surrounding gardens and all the flowers are bountiful and obviously lovingly cared for. And we loved all the nature: bunnies, chickens, and sheep. "Lovely big house and setting for the family, just a couple of things which would have made it 5* could do with a few more chairs in the living room especially if you have 6 adults or teenagers with you. The floorboards upstairs were a little noisy. No electric kettle or toaster. Overall the house was clean and had most things we needed for our family holiday. "

"Overall this was a good stay, rooms were nice and clean and there was plenty of space for 10 adults to stay. However, both ovens failed to heat properly which made cooking a bit of a pain. Check in process was not great, only being able to arrive between 5-6, the owner did not respond to any prior messages. Despite this, the local area was stunning, and the house was fit for purpose and good value considering the price of other locations in the area for a group this size."
