"We were a group of 3 couples --- all over 70 years old. Having all of the rooms and the porches on one level was perfect. Driving into the driveway, you are greeted by a really beautiful beach home. Opening that front door invites you into a living room decorated in wonderfully comfortable furniture and a full view of the back porches, beach, and seating at the water's edge. The bedrooms are spacious , comfortable, and each served by its own bath. We prepared our meals and enjoyed the...

We both work really hard so this was perfectly relaxing and restful for us! "We booked this property because it was pet-friendly and the location. We were a family of three traveling with our dog. We enjoyed our stay on this property. The home was clean and easy to access. The large fenced yard was perfect for the dog. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants and shops downtown. Communications with the owner was great. It was a nice weekend getaway. We would book this location again."

"Lovely location for our family gathering-some from Alabama and some from Louisiana. Our first grandchild turned one and his parents wanted to celebrated by taking him to the Mississippi Aquarium. This lovely location right across the street and with unobstructed views of the water allowed us to gather together to celebrate. The open kitchen/dining/living allowed us to cook, eat, and visit...as well as catch a football game or two on the big screen TV. There was lots of space for everyone as well...

"This has been one of our favorite properties on the Gulf Coast to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and screened in patio area. We felt secure that our dogs could stretch their legs on the fully fenced yard. It was a truly relaxing stay. Can’t wait to be back! "

"House is laid out for the way it is used with plenty of private bathrooms. There was some electrical damage from storm and the owner was excellent in his response. It is a great property to stay at. "This is a beautiful property! The pictures of the listing are accurate. The kitchen is well stocked so that you can prepare your own meals. The two beds we used were comfortable. The playroom and downstairs screened porch were our favorite places to hang out! We loved the privacy and how quiet it was. "The host provided everything we needed for a fantastic family weekend. It's a quiet, restful street that leads to the gulf for a fun day at the beach. The house is spacious and has all the things needed. The downtown has restaurants, views and a fishing pier. Great spot. "

She kept in touch before we arrived and left us easy access instructions, good resources about Laurel and available activities. There was nothing we could have needed that was not provided.
