"I tried the new Indian restaurant at the hotel yesterday and got the tandoori chicken. Which was absolutely delicious! The chef Abbas out did himself. The chutney and the sauce took everything to a whole new level. However I noticed that the seating at the hotel( the main sofa in the lobby and the dining room chair are heavily stained. They need a good cleaning. "

"The free parking was full so we paid for underground parking and it was also hard to park in . Our room was nice but the train going by was noisy. "

"This historic hotel is pretty basic but its location directly across from the Prince Arthur landing is ideal. The prospector steakhouse and roosters bistro are both just a couple of blocks away. The staff is friendly and there is a security guard in the lobby since this is a downtown area with the typical city vagrants. We have also stayed here in the summer and the Lakeshore view is fantastic. "

"I didn't do much while here due to time constraints but would stay again as it's downtown so close to lots and the place is nice to stay at."
