This modern holiday home is just a few kilometres from the sea, the airport and the Stagnone lagoon where you will find Mothia, an ancient Phoenician city and the salt pans with their windmills. Surrounded by greenery, but not isolated, the house is surrounded on both sides by a veranda of about 180 square meters. 2 bathrooms with shower, a laundry room with washbasin, 3 bedrooms for 5 people, a kitchen with adjoining living room.
