"Our experience at Caesar Augustus in Anacapri was quite underwhelming. The hotel feels dated and offers the overall experience of a 3-star property rather than a true 5-star one. We were given a room where water leaked from the shower, flooding the floor; despite attempts to fix it, the issue remained unresolved. Cleanliness was average, and the food was just acceptable! Certainly not what one would expect at this level. We had chosen this hotel for our honeymoon, expecting a memorable stay, but unfortunately it left us disappointed. For the price and reputation, the service and quality fall short. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before booking, as it does not live up to the standards of a luxury hotel."
