This wonderful retreat has a nice, inviting balcony with a convenient table and offers great views of the Gulf of Mexico and the beach. The interior is as cozy as it looks with a well-appointed living room with a large TV, a cute dining table, and a sparkling fully-equipped kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances to prepare everything that comes to mind! The primary bedroom has its own TV and the bathroom offers a nice shower/tub combo.

***Please be advised that the pool will undergo necessary plastering maintenance beginning April 1, 2025. The estimated duration of this work is four weeks, with an anticipated pool reopening date of approximately May 1, 2025.***

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the ā€œDamage Waiverā€). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Cozy with a view

3rd floor- stairs only. Didnā€™t bother us! Clean, comfortable- has everything you need. Short walk to private beach area with beautiful white sand and crystal clear water. Our second time staying at this group of condos and would recommend! Perfect for a couple.

Great location. Upon arrival, being from the North, the first thing we did was TURN OFF THE AIR CONDITIONER! LOL. Really. We didnā€™t need it. Used the unit circulating fan and open doors as weather was perfect. Beach across the street. We were happy to find beach chairs and an umbrella stashed away in a closet in the unit we were staying. Many of our days there were RED flag days on the beach due to wind but sitting and walking beach was great. Slept well. The community was quiet. The unit did have the pots/pans etc needed to get things prepared. We found grocery stores close by for what we needed and a wide variety of dining choices when going out. We had a very restful, reset, stay. Again would be great.

Excellent location

Weā€™ve stayed in the Miramar area for 20 years. While this isnā€™t the newest or ā€œtrendiestā€ of units weā€™ve rented, it was SUPER clean, had everything we needed in good working order, and was 50 yards to the beach. Management was quick to answer questions and very helpful. We loved our stay and would return!

Stay was okay, the mgmt company does a terrible job communicating with you or handling any issues. Place is clean for the most part, toilet is coming off the floor and has sewer gas smell. And they just walk in your unit without asking or giving you any notice! Terrible I would stay avoid if possible.

Deceiving Photos of Unit

Unfortunately the unit is not as clean and shiny and it appears in the photos. The towels were SO thin and scratchy I almost went to the store to buy new ones. The rug under the coffee table is so worn and ratty looking. Rather pathetic at close to $400/night. The location is great, but the "amenities" are lacking for sure.It wouldn't take much to replace the old, worn-out towels. I would not recommend this particular unit to anyone, however, the location is excellent.

Beautiful Condo & Perfect Location

Loved the entire condo! It was clean and it had everything I needed for my stay and then some. Parking was easy and available the entire trip. I had a minor issue with the parking passes that was resolved with a quick phone call to Vacasa customer service. The customer service rep on the phone and the young lady who arrived the following morning to resolve the issue were both friendly and professional. Access to the beach was too easy. The view from the balcony was awesome. Perfect spot for a solo trip or couple's trip. I look forward to returning to 317 in the future!

Lovely Beach/Water View Option

Lovely stay, was quiet and peaceful. Watch the stairs they can be slippery and that last step tends to blend in but a lovely option for vacationing.

Perfect view

The condo was exactly as described. Bed was comfortable and shower was great. There were plenty of linens and anything you would need to cook. House was very clean and perfect for a couple. The view was amazing and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the waves. Only negative was that we messaged Vacasa with a question and never got a response - which was pretty disappointing.
