NEW EVERYTHING!! Newly remodeled and decorated. You name it, it's here! 3 Flat screen TV's, DVD, BluRay, new flooring, new appliances, Wi-Fi, cable, 3 minute walk to the beach and Pompano Joes, 5 minute drive to the outlet mall. 2 bedrooms, 2 bath. Fully stocked kitchen. 2 pools, one is heated. This condo overlooks one of the pools. This condo complex has beautiful landscaping and is located in a nice quiet complex.

Deceiving listing, definitely not as advertised!
This listing states the condo is newly remodeled. The peeling paint, holes in the walls, and falling apart sliding door suggest otherwise. The rug in the living room needs to be shampooed or replaced. The entire towel bar in the bathroom is missing except for one bracket. Holes exist where the brackets once were. Hand towels had remince of baby spit up on them. There was plenty of silverware, if youre traveling alone. There were two forks for a condo that supposedly meant for up to 7 people. The bunk bed was absolutely horrible. I litterally has to sleep on an inflatable pool toy on the matress because the matress was so thin and uncomfortable. The condo has potential, but there seems to be a total lack of pride in the property. Thee

Enjoyed our stay.
My family and I enjoyed our stay. Great location but the unit does needs some updates. The slide door lock needs to be repaired and the bathroom towel rack was missing. The walls and the area over the cabinets need to cleaned but Overall I’ll give it a 4/5. Only minor issues!

NOT newly renovated as advertised!!!
We have stayed at many rentals over the years, and this was definitely the worst one we ever stayed in. It is NOT even close to being newly renovated. The fridge was dirty/old. The stove looked about 25-30 years old...even had rust on the top - I didn't even want to set anything on top of it and definitely not cook in it. The place was overall dirty. The furniture was falling apart - there was a piece of cardboard under the cushion of the chair, to keep the cushion from falling through the chair. Light fixtures with no covers. I always read reviews but take the bad ones with a 'grain of salt', still booking the place and have an amazing stay. NOT TRUE WITH THIS PLACE. It was overall dingy and dirty! I should have listened to the bad reviews. The only thing going for this place, is the location.

Wonderful short Destin trip
We stayed a few nights in Destin at this property and we were really happy with everything. The condo was clean and plenty of supplies during our stay. Some of the cabinets had loose hinges and some of the areas needed to be painted but overall it was clean and a good couple of nights stay. The pool being so close was a big hit with my kids!

Horrible Property Book Elsewhere Please!!!
This property is not as advertised, stay at your own risk. I ended up vacating this property within one day of checking in, creating a horrible experience for my family. 1. Condo is not recently remodeled as advertised. 2. Host/owner don’t answer calls or email. Good luck getting any assistance from VRBO. 3. Refrigerator doesn’t work. 4. AC doesn’t work and in need of maintenance (temp when we arrive was 79 degrees and the temp never went down). Unacceptable in Florida high temperatures!! 5. Dryer is not operational. 6. Unit is filthy hasn’t been cleaned in years based on condition.

Great location- but not renovated
The location of the condo was great, easy short walk to beach, Alvin’s & restaurants. We enjoyed the pool. Unfortunately the description said newly renovated but it wasn’t. It’s an older condo with issues. Not a deal breaker for a stay but shouldn’t say newly renovated in the description. A few FYI’s- cable is only a few channels & no local stations. We had to use the HDMI for the cable to hook to my laptop to get any kind of good television. Bring extra toilet paper- read the description…you get a started roll (our was already half used and then we were on our own. Seems like a basic amenity but apparently not there. The AC vents are in the ceiling, they drip down with onto you with condensation. Our couch was unusable for the first 3 days because the cushions were soaked from the water dripping down on it. Lots of little things broken, not properly maintained. To the owner- during our a stay a painter showed up to paint the door @ 9am. We heard a knock on the door but did ignore it since we had just woke up. The painter was given the code to our door & started to come in. You should never have given him the code to the door for our safety and to protect our belongings. That was very disappointing. We would not stay here again.

La comunicacion con el dueño es 0 no responde emails ni llamadas. La propiedad esta en mal estado necesita mantenimiento urgente. El techo se cae, los gabinetes sucios rotos manchados. La ropa de cama tenia pelos humanos de otros huespedes me hace pensar q no lo cambiaron. El ac sucio y en la sala gotea en la salida del techo el ac. No hay tv por cable, aunq dice en el anuncio que lo tiene. Los muebles de sala y alfombra muyyyy sucios y viejos. La cocina no funciona 2 hornillas. La puerta de terraza no cierra esta rota aunque exige en unos de los documentos que deben preservar la seguridad de la propiedad como huespedes no tenemos mucha seguridad ya que el balcon esta abierto siempre. Se nota q no invierte ahi hace mucho tiempo. Las camas algo incomodas con colchones viejos de muelles. Las toallas hasta con huecos. No repetiria por nada esa propiedad.

We had a great stay at crystal village. Very nice place but needs some updating. New furniture, patio door was tricky to lock and cabinets need some repairs too. We also couldn’t get living room TV to work either. Otherwise we enjoyed staying in place. We love the area.

Spring Break 2024
Me and my daughters and their 3 friends stayed at the house. It was located in a convenient area with a short 5 mins walk to the beach. I especially enjoyed the balcony and pool. It was clean and well equipped.

The unit requires extensive cleaning and renovation. Every surface is covered in dirt, including the walls. The sofa is grimy, and one of the armchairs is broken. We had to wash all the sheets because they were filthy before we could use them. It's truly disgusting. All the negative reviews below are accurate. I attempted to reach out to the host upon our arrival, but unfortunately, I haven't received any response yet.

Perfect location for 6!
We felt right at home! Just thought the tops of walls and above cabinets could use some attention especially in the kitchen area and maybe a cleaning of air filters. Loved that there was a washer and dryer so that I could keep up with laundry. Also was grateful that the couch had a pullout sofa so we didn’t have to run out and buy a blowup mattress. Thank you for letting us stay for the week!

Our stay wasn’t terrible, but it is not as described in the listing. It definitely needs to be updated. It says new everything, but I’m pretty sure there wasn’t a single thing new in there! The pots and pans are almost unusable! The bed linens are stained, I even brought out the spare comforter that was in the closet and it was dirty too! The chair in the living room is broken and the toilet paper and towel holder in bathroom are broken as well. This has been a complaint in previous reviews, so I thought maybe it had been fixed by now. The place needs an overall good cleaning. Everyone pays a cleaning fee and I don’t think it is being properly cleaned. There was blood on the bedroom wall and the master bath door was splattered with what looked like coffee. We only took showers because the bathtubs were dirty. It was a nice location and the pool was nice for night time swims. Overall, we would not stay here again.

Perfect stay for a week of baseball in Destin
The location was perfect as it only took us about 10-15 minutes to get to the fields and it was just enough away from the craziness that is Destin. There were plenty of places to eat and get groceries, and we loved swimming in the community pool when we didn’t feel like packing for the beach. It was perfect for a family of 4. The kids got their own room with a tv and we did too and perfect amount of comfy seating for us in the living room. The best part was the kids had their own full bathroom and we did too. It was so hard to find a reasonably priced 2 bedroom and 2 bath place close of Destin, and this place was a great fit and very reasonably priced. The toilet paper holder and towel holder in the guest bathroom need to be reinstalled, but water pressure was great and air conditioner was incredible. Thanks for opening your home to us!

Mostly good
Good location, glad I picked Miramar Beach area, less busy than Destin, but Destin easy to get to. Area had lots to do during my 2 week stay. Condo nice but needed some TLC and a handyman to fix towel holder, TP holder, patio door lock/handle. I'll pick a place next time that has heated pool in April.

Nice place - Poor Communication
The stay was adequate—no real issues. I certainly appreciate the owner of this property opening up their home for my visit, but the lack and poor communication was disappointing. I had a work commitment occur and needed to adjust my stay. I emailed two (2) times through the VRBO portal and no response. After my visit, I emailed one more time saying thank you but addressed my disappointment in the lack of response. Still no response back. This was my first time in the area and will be visiting annually and will not be staying on this property. There are many properties listed in the area and I would suggest not staying on this property. Too many red flags for me.

You get what you pay for
Cockroaches, pans so bad I wouldn't let my dog eat out of. ,Filthy rugs that were falling apart,windows that would not open or shut, cockroaches, cobwebs and filth. we left 6 days early..
