CLOSE TO POOL & BEACH!! ROOM FOR 10!

This beautifully decorated and modern upstairs 4br/4ba villa overlooks the pool and is only a short stroll from the beach. The large living room, with a vaulted ceiling features a flatscreen TV & Blu Ray DVD player and direct access to a wrap around screened porch that overlooks the pool. The dining area seats eight. The open kitchen features modern appliances and a quartz countertop outfitted with barstools. The master bedroom has a king bed with a gorgeous sleigh bed frame, The master bath has a jacuzzi tub, a walk in shower and a double vanity. The first downstairs guest bedroom has a king bed attached to a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second downstairs guest bedroom has a queen bed. A spiral staircase leads to a loft that has a bedroom with two sets of twin over double bunks. There is a sleeper sofa in the living area for extra guests. The loft bathroom has a garden tub, shower, and double vanity. There are large flatscreens in all guest rooms. Hidden Dunes has swimming pools, hot tubs, a lake with a fishing pier, a horseshoe pit, a basketball court, professional quality tennis courts, and outdoor grills.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property. During Spring Break , the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person 25 years of age for every two (2) persons under 25 years of age.

Great Getaway
Was a great place to stay!! Everyone was very nice and helpful!! The security was very nice and helpful also. We loved talking to the lady security!! Only issue we had was the dishwasher wasn’t working when we got there but the service man came and fixed it. We all loved it and the kids loved the pool!!

It was spacious for the family had everything you needed to etiquette for your stay. The only issues was questioned about life guards with the hidden dunes condos where you can walk the beach. I would rent again for a family stay just that being questioned saying we need to show that we can be at the beach. Found water bug in the pillows in the upstairs room but other than that it was cleaniss.

Good with some inaccuracies
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay but it could’ve been cleaner. Found some trash and used silverware under one of the beds and toilet paper holders were literally falling off the wall. The floor would turn your bare feet brown. Location in VRBO is inaccurate. Unit 25 is about 1/4 mile walk to the beach and location dot showed it basically ON the beach. I had to call multiple companies to find out where it actually was located. None of these things would keep us from going back. Overall it’s a great area and we are planning to go back to Hidden Dunes but a different Villa.

Family vaca with our grown kids and grandkids
We had a great vacation and were very pleased with Villa 25. Everything in the villa is as pictured and the deck had plenty for furniture for sitting and was screened in which was a huge plus with a 3-year-old grandson who loves to climb. The villa was the perfect size for our family of 10,5 adults and 5 kids ages 16-3. The kids room upstairs was plenty big, and they loved the bunk beds. There was plenty of drawers for all 5 kids clothing and they had a good size closet and a huge bathroom with a garden tub and shower. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, and they also had left several tablets for the dishwasher and a small bottle of dish soap and a roll of paper towels which was such a plus and each bathroom had a full roll of toilet paper. The master bedroom/bath was huge and exactly as pictured. There was games and puzzles for the kids. The walk to the beach was short and easy around 5 minutes. The private beach area for Hidden Dunes was very clean and beautiful. There is a beach service to rent your chairs and umbrellas from, the guys were very helpful and attentive, they even carried my bags every day to my chairs. They also had kayaks and paddle boards for rent by the hour or half/full day that were very reasonably priced. The grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. We had a small playground, basketball court, corn hole and horseshoes right across from the villa that the kids loved. We will most definitely stay here again.

Great location and accommodations for big group
As advertised. A few things you need to know: 1) Your rental contract is with Best Beach Getaways, not a private person. So they have different rules, for example they cleanout the fridge and cabinets. You arrive at a condo with a totally empty fridge and pantry - not even salt and pepper. Bring it or buy it. 2) Checkout is at 10am, a little earlier than typical vrbo properties in my experience 3) Beach umbrella/chair rental is available and they're not hard to get (you don't have to get out there at 7am to get one) but they're not free. 4) Walking distance to the beach is about 2-3 minutes. The golf cart escorts are great but there's no "schedule" - they just ride around and pick people up when they see them. Great location, would visit again either at this condo or another one at Hidden Dunes. Nice place.

Friends weekend trip
House had a great location, short walk to the beach and a pool in the back yard. There was golf cart rides to take you down to the board walk. House had a great common room with lots of sitting and a great patio. You do have to bring everything, toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and trash bags! Does have kitchen supplies, could use pans for cooking on the stove top. It was clean, could use a little more detailed cleaning in the bathrooms but overall it was a wonderful place to stay with several people!

Always a pleasure to stay at Hidden Dunes
The villa was spacious! View of one of pools from the balcony. Very clean, easy walk to the beach, and everyone is so friendly. We can’t wait to go back next year!

Pleasant Stay!
Two families stayed comfortably here. There was plenty for the kids to do. Basketball and the pool were family favs and conveniently close! The beach was a short walk and the neighborhood was quiet. We loved that it was gated and not an overly crowded community! We were very happy with our stay and would absolutely come back.

Spacious updated Villa on well kept property
We thoroughly enjoyed hanging out at the Villa - new kitchen appliances, large shared space for all to lounge about or play games and then just a short stroll to the beach thru manicured property. Awesome screened in wrap around porch with ceiling fans overlooked the clean pool.

Had a great experience here only thing that was wrong was it shows it’s directly on the beach and even spoke with someone that told me it was right on the beach when in fact it wasn’t it was on the north east side of the lake. But other than that we loved it

Wedding Perfection
10 family members stayed here prior to the beach wedding and we had plenty of room to prepare the day of the wedding. Also, we had hair and makeup the day of with room to eat and get dressed. The renting process was very easy.

The BEST part of 2020
With all the crazy things happening in the world in 2020 so far, it was great to get away with friends. This was a great villa and it suited our needs. Other than it needing some updated renovations and pot holders. It was great. Hope to come back soon.

Miramar beach stay at the Hidden Dunn resort
There was a few items that needed to be fixed . We called and reported them. Robert was the guy whom we spoke with. Robert said he would have someone there first thing Monday to take care of them . No one showed up. I called back to see what happen. No one answered so I left a message. Rest of our stay no one returned our call. Items still not fixed . The room was nice and location was ok. Just hard to get out on the highway with all the traffic . Walking distance to the beach was great . There is no ramp to walk down to the beach . We had to carry the wagon down three flights of stairs each day.

Wonderful House!
The house was amazing! We had our family of 8 all there together, and had lots of room for everyone. The deck is screened in, so we ate dinner out there every night and did not have to worry about flies bothering us! The beach is just a short walk down the road and across the walk bridge. The beach is only accessible by the people in the property, so it was not crowded at all. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and pots and pans. All of the beds were comfortable. The only negatives are, it is an upstairs unit, so hauling all of our luggage up and down was a workout!! Upside, I did lose 10 pounds on vacation! Also, the couches in the living room are not very comfortable. Other than that, everything was perfect! We had a great vacation!

Hidden Dunes Villa 25 2019
Villa 25 is part of a unit. Top floor with a loft. Plenty of parking for your group. Overlooks a pool in the back. No walk down. About 5 minutes to the beach with 2 flights of stairs. The couple of small issues we had were quickly addressed by management.

Hidden Dunes
The house was the perfect size for our family. The pool was heated and very close and the ocean was a short walk. The issue we were disappointed in was the tennis courts were not included as advertised. It was a $25 fee per day! Also there was no fitness center available as advertised so our son had to drive 30 minutes to a gym. We called and left a message but no one responded. .
