*The Beachside II pool renovation project will occur now through May 15, 2025. During this time, the pool and pool deck, as well as beach access and walkover, will be closed. For the duration of the project, guests will have access to the Beach House Pool located next to Beachside II, the Phil Hummel Pool on the north side of the resort and the Linkside Pool opening January 2025. Guests can access the beach from the resort’s private beach access, the Hilton public beach access or the Beach House Restaurant – all located less than .25 miles from Beachside II, with the main access connecting right next to the building. Rates during this time will reflect a 15% discount.

This recently renovated two bedroom, two bathroom condo is located on the 8th floor at Beachside Two. The condo has professional designer touches throughout. You will be blown away by the stunning panoramic gulf views offered from nearly every room! In addition to sugar white beaches, Beachside Two offers a seasonally heated swimming pool and an on-site fitness center. With amenities galore, a spacious and open floor plan, this beautiful unit has everything you need for your perfect vacation! The dining area has seating for 4 with additional seating at the breakfast bar in the updated kitchen. The unit has a king bed in the primary bedroom with stunning views, and the guest room features a king bed, TV connects to the 2nd bathroom. Just off the living area is the laundry closet, with a full size washer and dryer.

Hop on the tram and take a quick trip to the Village of Baytowne Wharf for restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Guests are just minutes from everything - the beach, golfing, tennis, fishing, great food and shopping at nearby Market Shops, Grand Boulevard and Village of Baytowne Wharf.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
