"The condo, was very clean, great communication. They supplied everything even a box fan. The beach was walkable even with my 2 toddlers. My son loved the catch and release pond. Great location for everything. I would highly recommend staying here."

"This property was absolutely amazing! The hosts have fully stocked the kitchen making it very easy to cook in. The unit was meticulously clean and very spacious. It sleeps eight people very comfortably—no couch beds counted as sleeping areas. It was a short walk away from the beautiful Miramar Beach, and offered a shuttle if desired. The pools were a good size, well maintained, and had plenty of seating. It is an ideal place to rest, relax, and soak in the beach life. The hosts could not be more...

"Family of 6 (parents and kids ranging from 16-22). Space was perfect for our group. The boys had an upstairs space all to themselves. Beach was beautiful and clean. No issues at all. Washer and dryer worked perfectly. Apartment was clean and had everything you would need."

"We ended up getting to check in early which was amazing since we drove over 10 hours through the night. The place was super cute, clean, and a close walk to the beach. There were 4 of us, the layout of the house was perfect & we loved sitting outside on the screened in patio. We would 100% stay here again. Side Note: bring extra toilet paper & seasonings if you plan on cooking. Also, there is a tram (golf cart) that is available to drive you down to the beach access (certain days/times)."

"The house is great. Wound up with a party of 11 and never felt crowded. Well supplied kitchen. Easy beach access as well as shopping and restaurants. I would do it again."

"Location was perfect, quick walk to the beach. Management company was very responsive with issues. House was old, not remodeled as advertised. Exterior - deck boards sticking up and loose. Fascia boards rotting and falling apart. Interior - cheap flooring not put in correctly, coming apart. Kitchen not up to date. Fresh paint and new furniture nice though."

"It was a nice place, but the bed in the master felt like we were sleeping on plywood. There wasn’t a ton of things to bake with. We had to borrow things from my sister’s condo just to make a casserole. The seating area on the porch was ok, but not a ton of seating. It was a great location relative to the big pool; it overlooked it."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cottage. The location within the complex is ideal -- centrally located between two pools, sets of grills, and a close walk to the beach. The cottage had plenty of room for all of our adults, with comfortable beds and all of the amenities of home. We enjoyed evenings on the large back patio -- so peaceful and comfortable. We would definitely reserve this cottage again when visiting Miramar Beach."
