"I needed a Vrbo rental for a funeral this past week. This location was ideal and the bedrooms were able to accommodate the three families for a few days just fine. There were thermostats for both floors to adjust the temperature. We were able to get the upstairs to an ideal temperature for everyone, but the basement was a bit cooler. "Enjoyed staying in a 1 bedroom condo and having a full kitchen. Bed was comfortable and condo was very clean. Area was safe and quiet. Area was very walkable and lots of activities nearby. I was there for a performance at the Luminary Arts Center and it was an easy walk to get to the theater. Simple code access entry (no keys needed) and great communication with office."

"I needed to find a home for my rather large family to stay for my husband's Celebration of Life. This house was perfect! It was well appointed, had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the location was perfect for us. I just wish we could have enjoyed it in the warmer months, as there are so many nice outdoor amenities as well.The owner, Steve, was very accommodating to all of our needs. I would highly recommend this property.Thank you!"

"This property is great for large groups, 3 bedrooms and trundle bed in the living room and two bathrooms with showers. The kitchen was fully equipped and good-sized. There was a full size dining table and large comfortable sofas in the living room- not always easy to find. We enjoyed the off street parking. That said, outside was noisy because of the freeway nearby. The neighborhood was convenient for getting around, but a little rough around the edges. "
