"This property was EXCEPTIONALLY clean! It appeared that this was a brand new facility in every area we were in. The showers were very clean, including the shower curtain. The toilet looked like it had never been sat on. We stayed in a primitive cabin, with our own locked toilet and locked shower room within a communal building. The entire building was immaculate! "Owner and family was super nice and friendly. Cabin backed up to a stream. So even though it rained off and on during my stay, I could open the back door and enjoy the serenity of the stream. The stream also was nice to listen to as I fell asleep each night! The price was super reasonable as well."

"My wife and I really enjoyed our stay in Cabin #1 Bella. The location was excellent for visiting family in Hacker Valley and our Daughter who was camping with her family at Holly River SP. There was plenty of room to relax in the living area, the bed was very comfortable, and the shower and bathroom were clean and accommodating. We would definitely stay again. "

"The remote location and quiet setting was perfect for our group's annual outing. We made good use of the smoker and grill and had a fantastic time. The theater in the basement (along with air hockey) came in handy after the sun set. Hosts were responsive and fantastic, and check-out procedures were simple and easy. Would definitely recommend this "cabin" for a family or two looking to get off the beaten path and enjoy the oudoors. Good hiking in the area, and the view from the "top of the hill"...

"My best friend and I chose Sandstone for our annual girls trip this past Labor Day weekend. While the dirt road was semi terrifying to get there, once we arrived, we had an amazing time. The space was perfect for wine drinking and self-care we planned to do. The rain changed our plans to use the fire pit, but even with the rain we still say outside for tea. Thank you to Cheryl and Derrick! You were very communicative and made the process very easy and enjoyable!"
