The cabin is a two level retreat with soaring cathedral ceilings and stunning woodwork throughout. When you walk through the front door, you will be greeted by a bright and crisp interior with hints of rustic charm. When you step outside, you'll find some of the best outdoor space available in the area to enjoy your perfect getaway!

On the main level, guests will relax in a comfortable living space and cozy up to a gas log fireplace and smart TV. With an open floor plan, the living room leads to a dining area with seating for 6 and a generously equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and island. Through double doors, the living room opens up to a beautiful and expansive back porch overlooking Hemptown Creek and a beautiful farm.

Sleeping arrangements on the main level consist of a primary bedroom with a hotel grade mattress on a king bed, large closet, connected bathroom with tub and shower, and access to back porch.

Upstairs includes a second bedroom with a hotel grade mattress on a king bed, soaring ceilings, closet, connected bathroom with walk-in tile shower, and access to a private second floor back porch with breathtaking views of the creek and neighboring farm.

Additionally, the upstairs includes a large loft complete with two twin beds and another living/game room with smart TV. This home includes thoughtfully designed space the entire family will enjoy!

Outside, you'll discover a grilling area with gas grill and tranquil outdoor living space overlooking Hemptown Creek and the neighboring beautiful farm with historic barn. While enjoying your private escape, you'll want to carve out quiet time to take in the views, watch the wildlife, wade in the creek and play outdoor games including cornhole. Fannin County is THE trout capital of Georgia and the private fishing water on this property is the perfect place to catch a trophy trout (catch and release only, please!). Spend the evenings turning into nights by the large fire pit area out back. Roast a marshmallow, pop a cork, and tell campfire stories while making memories to last a lifetime with your friends and family.

All guests that book this home will be required to sign a rental agreement and provide proof of ID.

— NO PETS/ANIMALS ALLOWED FOR ANY REASON.
— NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
— HOME IS NOT SAFE GUARDED FOR BABIES AND CHILDREN.
— STAIRS ARE REQUIRED FOR ENTERING AND EXITING THE HOME.
— FLY FISHING ONLY. CATCH AND RELEASE ONLY.

Please note that the outdoor fire pit at the house is wood burning. Firewood is not provided or left for Guests, and Guests are responsible for all wood. Should Guests want the Host to facilitate firewood prior to arrival, the Guest will need to notify and message the Host in advance of arrival so the Host can accommodate *based on availability*. Guests will be responsible for firewood expenses.

HOME IS PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED WITH EACH STAY AND ALL HOME DEFECTS/DAMAGES ARE NOTED PRIOR TO NEW GUEST ARRIVALS. GUESTS SHOULD TAKE NOTE OF ANY OBVIOUS DAMAGES UPON CHECK IN AND NOTIFY HOST IMMEDIATELY. SHOULD GUESTS NOT NOTIFY HOST, HOST WILL ASSUME DAMAGES ARE DUE TO GUESTS OCCUPYING PROPERTY, DAMAGES WILL BE NOTED UPON CHECK OUT, AND REIMBURSEMENT REQUESTS WILL BE SENT ACCORDINGLY.
