"Exceptional week in this stunning home. Went fishing everyday. Had to improvise a bit for cleaning fish and charging boat batteries as there is no electricity at the dock. Had to drive a pickup precariously up and down the drive from the house to the lakeshore but we made it work. Would definitely stay here again!"

"This place is Magic. Wonderfully positioned on the Winnipeg river system. We enjoyed fishing off the dock, lounging on the deck, hiking local trails and unwinding from our busy city life schedule. Would definitely rebook in the future. "

"We enjoyed our stay here. You can't beat the location. Tucked away in clean, quiet Bay. The beach is nice. Loved the fires right at the beach side. Swimming was fabulous right off the dock. Hardly any weeds. The seperate cabin on the lakefront is really nice. Too bad it doesn't have running water but that was disclosed to us prior to arriving. There was plenty of room for the 12 of us. "My friend and I stayed in one of the tiny cabins this past summer and it was such a cozy stay! They have a little farm on site, which was fun to go look at. It’s a 3-5 minute walk down a trail to the lake, where you can go for a swim, a kayak ride (they had some to use), or float around on floaties for the afternoon. The bathroom house was really clean and lovely to use. The communal fire pit area is beautiful as well. 10/10 stay and will be booking for next summer as well! "

"One of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed and I spend a lot of time on the road for work. The bed was new and very comfy. The free breakfast everyday was amazing. I was expecting just a basic continental breakfast but it was a hot buffet with scrambled eggs or some mornings omelettes, pancakes, sausage patties or some mornings bacon and potatoes as well as the continental items. My only complaint is that the price fluctuates so when I go back to Kenora in a few weeks it’s now out of my price...
