Our location is absolute premium, mere blocks away from Downtown Milwaukee and Lake Michigan, a vibrant and energetic neighborhood filled with endless possibilities for entertainment, cultural experiences, and culinary delights. Milwaukee is renowned for its rich history, thriving arts scene, and deep-rooted brewing culture. Please be mindful that this suburban home was built in 1905 and has some age to it. There has natural wear & tear on the floors and trim but otherwise, she's well-kept and well-loved. Please park only on the side of the property as the other side is restricted for the elementary school across the street. During the day, the parking in the front gets filled but does empty out overnight.
Pets: We do not allow pets at this listing and if any evidence of pets including poop, hair, or other stains or damages they leave behind, then a minimum $300 pet fee will be applied.
