"I booked this beautiful and spacious lake house for an event to celebrate a 40th birthday. The host was more than accommodating, helpful, and communicative. The house was the perfect venue for all ages to be comfortable. Such a wonderful weekend away at the lake that has created some amazing new core memories for friends and family. "

We stayed in a king bedroom with shower and bathroom. Everything you need is there and it’s close to grocery stores. The pond is wonderful. "Overall, I thought the property was excellent, and the property was chosen for an SNHU commencement weekend. It was clear the property was recently renovated, and the downstairs sitting area provided the most space since the weather was rainy and windy. Despite clear instructions on the heating units, it was a little tricky to get the heat running but once we did the bedrooms seemed to be 5 plus degrees hotter than the common sitting areas. "My group and I had a wonderful stay! The photos do not even do justice the beautiful views and ample space we had. It's also really well located to Gunstock (less than a minute away) and the happenings of the beach and towns. Hope to be back this summer! "

"Location is very convenient - grocery within a 10 min ride, easy access to the Lake, dining, and popular Winnipesaukee villages around the lake. The amenities were generous - including towels and linens at the location, travel shampoo/condition/soaps available, fully stocked kitchen with dish soap and other kitchen tools available. The kitchen is tight and the central artery of the house, which made it difficult with 12 people. I'd recommend bringing a mattress pad or something for the pull...

"My family including 6 adults and 2 children stayed at this house February 14-17, 2025. House is as described in listing. House was clean and fully furnished. We enjoyed the sun room as we watched the snow fall. Karaoke machine was a big hit with the grandchildren. We would definitely go back and remarked that it would be fun to be there in the summer. The only suggestion was for some hooks to hang winter coats and jackets."

"I didn’t look close at the on-line pics so at first arrival I had concerns. It’s a charming older style lake house that could use a bit of pampering but it was very clean and comfortable for our group of 8. The host and management company were great and easy to communicate with. We came up for our daughter’s wedding and we all had a very nice weekend. Thank you"

"We were looking for a rental on the water that could accommodate our large group of 12. This house was a perfect spot. The house was great had plenty of room and the lake was fantastic. The owner was super responsive and attentive to our questions and requests. The lay out is great for a large family with 2 dogs. Driveway was big enough for the kids to ride there bike and we enjoyed talking with the very friendly neighbors. Loved this place!!!"

The lay out of the house made it very comfortable for our families to have privacy and plenty of space, while still joining together for meals, games, etc. The kitchen was well stocked. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the pans, etc. We skied and went tubing at Gunstock Mountain. We also went to the Ice Castles in North Woodstock.
