"The motel was closed and converted to migrant apartments 2 months ago according to the locals. We got there at midnight and had to scramble to find another motel. TERRIBLE 1st time Expedia experience. We want our money back. "

"Property was just as listed. We had a great stay. Very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed a couple of days at pensacola beach and a ride into the cute yown of Milton. I could see our whole family renting the entire property. Highly recommend."

"We are a local family of 3 generations, ages 1-84. This house was perfect for us. We stayed on the property the entire time and there was plenty to stay as busy or relax as we wanted. It is so secluded and quiet. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook and eat at the house. The house was very clean. "

"The views were lovely of the water with moss draped trees, however the home had miscommunications regarding cleaning, it was taken care of, but resulted in late 7:30 entry. There were a number of discrepancies, the home was not what was expected for the price. To his credit Jerry was very communicative."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. We loved the layout of the house - it felt very cozy while simultaneously large with plenty of room. The deck/outdoor area were much also larger than expected and the whole neighborhood is beautiful. The pictures really don't do it justice. Thanks for allowing us to stay at this wonderful property."

"We rented this property to spend time with family from out of town and it was exactly what we needed. Upon arrival, the check in process was super easy and the houses were clean! The property manager was quick to reply when messaged which was very reassuring!"
