"The hotel's refurbishment in public areas limits its current standard, and potential to be relaxing. Rooms need the refurb, however, and will hopefully get it soon. The restaurant is good, and staff are generally friendly and helpful, but cleaning is below par, notably lack of deep cleaning."

"The property was very nice and comfortable and I would recommend staying here. The staff were very pleasant, the one gripe I would have is the bar/coffee area only had 1 member of staff serving so at busy times you could be waiting a longer time than you may appreciate to get served."
