"Loved the house. Accommodations and amenities were more than we expected. The stairs to second floor were a little challenging for older adults. But overall we had a lovely time. "

"Margaretsville is a very small, but very scenic town. Dining options are limited to a few restaraunts a short drive away from town. The accommodation is one small room adequate for single or couple only, beautifully kept, with an outside hottube and beautiful view right on the ocean. Hosts (Liz and Ray) could not be nicer or more helpful. Middleton is a good size town with all conveniences a short drive away."

"We were in Kentville for u15AAA Atlantic Baseball…it was around 4 minutes to the field. Great location for that!"

"We stayed here for a week in the Fall and it was absolutely amazing! The hosts, Shirley/Jack/Cooper are amazing (Don't tell Jack, but Cooper was our favorite) they made sure we had every thing needed to be comfortable and were extremely welcoming. The views from the bedroom are breath taking, especially on a stormy Fall evening. The community of Margaretsville is incredibly picturesque with no shortage of views and history. I highly recommend them for a quiet getaway."

"The house is super clean, very confortable. The only thing that i can suggest is when you arrive at night, it is difficult to find the house. Maybe a light near the Road or a Little sign would help your locatifs to find the house easier. "

"Family yearly camping trip. All enjoyed their stay. Sleeping accommodations for 7 could have been better but served the purpose."

"House was as advertised. Hot tub and pool were clean and ready to go. Andy put a lot of thought into making the place welcoming and comfortable. Great location to use as a base in exploring Nova Scotia!"

"We had a great stay from August 20-27. We chose this spot as it was close to family in the area and we wanted to be able to base ourselves close to them while also being within an hour or so of a lot of Halifax, Peggy's Cove, etc. The cottage was a great size, with lots of space for our family to relax and spread out. The kitchen was very well-appointed. The outdoor space was just wonderful - we enjoyed a campfire almost every night, and during the day the kids spent hours in the paddleboat...

"The exterior of the property needs to be cleaned up. wood,nails,insulation lying around. Dangerous for dogs and pets. Interior clean and well kept, very much as described."

"My family and myself we had a great time. Beautiful view down the road of the beach. The little harbour a minute down the road has a great restaurant and gift store. Cottage very clean has all you need. Owner very nice answers message right away very easy to accommodate anything you need. I highly recommend this really comfortable great cottage. Thank you Jessica "

"Was so great to have enough bedrooms for our large family. Loved being on the harbour and experiencing those amazing tides and being able to just walk over to the Lobster Pound restaurant. Great memories."

"Was a wonderful stay and we ended up with more family arriving with kids so we were able to sleep lots!! Had everything you need!! Only feedback would be-the gas was cut while we were there which resulted in lots of grass being tracked inside and we spent a lot of time cleaning grass out of the cottage-which is not how you want to spend your vacation/time."
