"The cottage is spacious for 2 people. It is very comfortable and easy to navigate to and from in a quiet neighborhood. It is well appointed. We chose it to have access to the south and west. The resident lab is friendly and likes head scratches. "

"Unclear instructions on how to get in. Took a few tries. Check-in was far too late. I was unable to get in prior to my plans because Check-in was at 6pm. Because of that, I wasn't able to get in until 1:30 am. It was very tough to find at that time and there wasn't very much for parking. However, it is a good spot for 1 night when passing through."

"Quiet area. Host was prompt in communication. Allowed us with our 3 dogs. Everything was clean and cozy. Definitely considering another stay in the future!"

"The pictures were accurate and for a VRBO the furniture and beds were all extremely comfortable! Many times we’ve had a bed squeak all night or a mattress that was like concrete….not here! The driveway is very tight to get in and out of and if parking is occurring on both sides of the street, it’s even harder. The outside is rough but you can tell they’ve tried painting, etc."

"The property was in good condition and owner communicated well in advance. Only issue is the bed is small for two and pillows need to be upgraded."

"Clean, gorgeous house by the water. Couldn't have asked for a better location"

"Put my and my family of 5 in the wrong room, which they easily changed to a 2x2 as i had rented. Sunday afternoon the "maintence" man let himself in as we are in the room letting our dog outside. He didnt speak much english. Not sure what he was doing but he looked in our electric oven and than left. We didnt feel real safe so when we left we made sure to tske any valubles out and rigged the room to see of people had come in again. "

"My husband and I along with our friend stayed for a one night while passing through RI. We found the place to be very clean. The beds were comfortable allowing us a good night's rest before continuing our visit to my sister and drive home. The host was very responsive answering me within a few minutes. A good place to stay for an overnight. "

"The location w/in walking distance to Federal Hill, and close to an amazing restaurant Troop. We stayed with 3 families and it was great to have that much space to spread out. We would have hoped there was TVs in the place for the littles, and were unaware of this going into the location, which was a suprise. The driveway was too tight for anything other than a sudan, but there was ample street parking. Great place to put your stuff down and a comfortable place to sleep. "

Dunkin is literally around the corner from the apartment, was super fast to grab breakfast and coffee then get on the highway. The property was furnished with kitchen essentials, paper towels, toilet paper, and bath towels. Very cute property we would stay here again. "

"My visit to Killingly Barnyard Studio was in one word, AMAZING!! It is so peaceful, quiet, friendly animals, wonderful hosts, and exactly as portrayed in their profile!! Pristine clean, new kitchen and bathroom, 3-sided wrap-around deck that faces only forest, corrals, horses and deer. There are great places to walk, with the sound of falling water and river to soothe your spirit. I would return in a second, any time! My Best Ever get-away experience!!!"

"I forgot to do this when I got home from my trip. It was myself, my girlfriend and mother who stayed here for a few days to attend Rhode Island Comic Con. The house is only a 10 mintue drive from the convention center. It's a very nice and cozy place, with big beautiful couches, one reclines, and a GIANT beautiful tv in the living room. The other rooms were also nice with dressers and closets. There wasn't much to complain about really. The front steps are kind of steep, then short so you...
