"My parents were visiting from England and my boyfriend and I decided to take them to the beach for a weekend. We could not have anticipated how perfect the trip would be! "This is a little apartment that was clean and tidy. It has only one cushion chair. The location is truly walkable to beach and main street. Great shower. We only had one request and it was answered right away. I gave this a 5 star rating because of the criteria. If you are expecting something upscale this is not your place. It is average. It is not as roomy as the pictures make it look. "

"This charming bungalow provided everything we needed for our stay! I loved the front porch, the spacious living room (even a great desk area to check into work emails) and well stocked kitchen! There's lots of character on the inside and room to relax on the outside! The private back yard was great! My one complaint... we didn't stay long enough to enjoy the fire pit in the back yard! Hopefully we will be back again!"

"Andrew was such a fantastic host! We had an issue on our first night and he responded immediately and fixed it. The house is fully stocked. Everything was clean and up-to-date. Great appliances. The shed was amazing with a beach buggy, four bikes and lots of chill space outside! The beds were very comfy, plenty of drawer space for things and overall just a great place to stay! "

"Pro’s; home was very clean and ready upon arrival. All appliances inside and out were in working order, convenient and easy to use. Furniture and bedding was clean, comfortable and well organized. Home was well appointed with ample furniture and amenities. Very comfortable. Cons; outdoor pool area had quite a few weeds growing around the perimeter of the yard. Two of the three upstairs bedrooms did not have a dresser to store clothes in drawers. Water pressure in the upstairs bathroom sink...

"Our group enjoyed this renovated, spacious house by the ocean. The open first floor layout with modern kitchen and large center island was great for meals and socializing. There were plenty of bedrooms spread out over the second and third floors. The beach and boardwalk were a short two blocks away and small town center with stores and restaurants one block. Easy walk to Asbury, Bradley and Avon. Owner was very helpful and responsive to questions. "
