Booking Details:
Summer Season (June–August): 7-night minimum stay, Sunday check-in at 4 PM, Sunday check-out at 10 AM
Off-Season: 2-night minimum stays available
A signed rental agreement is required. Renters must be at least 25 years of age and provide valid proof of age.

Pet Policy:
We love dogs! This home is pet-friendly (dogs only) with a 2-dog maximum. A fee of $40 per pet per night / $200 per week applies. Please note pets on your reservation or call us in advance. They'll love the dog park!

Boat Slip Information:
Boat slips are just a short walk away and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Slips are 24' long, 14' wide, and accommodate boats up to 32' long with an average depth of 4 feet at low tide. Call us at the time of booking to reserve your slip!
